We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

SpainCommute requires creativity and planning. If you want to go to high interest locations on foot or dont want to deal with complex public transport systems then maybe look elsewhere.
Exceptionally clean rooms, with recent renovations and bare minimum necessities. Location is in quiet residential area away from tourist traps. Good value for Barcelona.

Francetoiilet paper roll was weird as i saw paper was in it but I had no access to it. Its one of those weird dispensers where it is supposed to come out of this tiny hole in the front but it was stuck so I had no access to the toilet paper.

FranceIn general I found the hotel quite expensive considering that it is a 2 stars and it is 40 minutes from the center of Barcelona and the breakfast was not included in the price. I would not pay a room in September more than 50 Eur/night. In any case it seems that most of the prices raised after the pandemic.
The hotel was very nice and clean. The room was really comfortable with all the necessary equipment available. The staff available on 24h can provide useful information how to reach Barcelona center or the airport. The WI-FI connection was also very good.

well the room was spacious and clean. i appreciated the drapes and the air conditioner. the bathroom is also comfortable, we felt at home there and the staff was really friendly.

It seems like a great little hotel, just away from actual downtown Barcelona. I read one of the reviews that said that a person was stolen some cash, but the room had a safe and nothing like that happened to me.
