No kettle tea coffee facilities

Clean, well sized room, great breakfast

No kettle in room so had to ask about getting tea. Worst thing was the restaurant was closed, the nearby hotel's restaurant was closed and a nearby bar was closed ( Easter Sunday) so could not get any dinner. The staff tried to help me get a delivery as the app would not work but did not see it through so after 4 hours trying I got nothing. There is a garage nearby for crisps and snacks but otherwise it is in an industrial area one hour walk from Totana. The spa was nice but sauna and steam room were not working well, I think you had to ask to have it on and I did not understand this. Did not enjoy my stay due to dinner issue.

The room was large and had a good bathroom. Had a TV and could borrow DVDs. The breakfast was great The staff were nice and helpful and let me make a tea in the breakfast area. Also had lamps which is good and a large bed. Had a nice outside space for summer. Good price.

The spa area was unfortunately not really, what was excepted. Maybe because it is at the moment a low season.

The breakfast was really colorful, but unfortunately there was no vegetable at all.

The bed was quite bad. I did not like the pillow at all. At some point I felt like switching the aircon, but it did not work. Because it was not very important I did not complaint, but thinking about it now, if it had been too hot, it would have been horrible in a room with no aircon. Spa was small and some features did not work, but ok, we did not go to the hotel for the spa, that was an extra. Breakfast was very good.

It was close to a wedding that I went to, it was convenient. Price was very reasonable

Breakfast has declined since our last visit. Understaffed in restaurants which meant only cold option available. Coffee machine kept showing fault, bur no one fixed priblem

I was not allowed to access the SPA area, despite my room rate was clearly indicating "Double Room with Spa Access"; Totana is a town that does not offer too much

The restaurant and bar were not open during the evening- this was disappointing and should be stated on the booking .com advert, after riding many miles I didn't want to go out again to find somewhere to eat, had this been mentioned in the advertising I could have made an informed decision on wet here to stay!

Very spacious room for 1 person. I had a double bed. Clean enough, the bathroom just had some paper on the floor probs my from the last guests. The breakfast was fresh and plenty food to have. Location was in the industrial area and very easy to incorporate back on the Autovía. Very quiet and lovely hotel

I could not buy a beer in the hotel. I had to go to the local petrol station to get some cold beers. The restaurant was 5 minutes away in a car. I used the local delivery service that the hotel recommends.

I was a bit taken aback when I was told by the Hotel receptionist that parking was 10€ a night when it was clearly advertised in Booking.com as 3€ per night - when I challenged she changed and charged me 3€. If I had not challenged I would have paid 10€. The mattress needs changing - lumpy and uncomfortable. There is nothing much around near the Hotel.

Check in was seamless. The Hotel is located a short 2 minute drive from the main A7 road. Its ideal for a quick one night stop over whilst covering long distances - we were driving from Gibraltar to Tarragona and the location of this hotel was convenient as it split a 10 hour drive into two 5hr drives. Rooms were clean. We used the Spa which was small but good. There weren't a lot of guests. If you stay a night here I recommend D'tablas (Tapas Restaurant) in Totana - 6 minutes drive away and ample parking around it. Breakfast was continental and as expected.

no free bottles of water on the room, funny looking bedlinnen, weird orange glass showerscreen.. wifi was unusable that slow.. i used my mobile internet instead and that is always been better then almost any free wifi in spain.

large bed, large room. quiet room. nice shower. good size spaces overall, which gives a luxury feel. would be nice to have some free bottles of water as give away as alhama de murcia is normally a very wam area.

Could smell tobacco smoke in the corridors in the morning

Room was super size. Bed was big and comfy. SPA looked great but swimming caps and flip flops needed,. Plenty of parking local. Very good for an overnight stop en route.
