The air conditioning wasn’t up to the mark and the room got incredibly hot. So we had to sleep with the door open and the noise from the clubs down the street didn’t make it easy to sleep.

It’s very accessible from the airport via bus. Everything is close by. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The rooftop club is amazing and the staff there are very nice. Overall an excellent stay.

There was nothing wrong with the hotel. But didn't like the tourist profile of Lloret de Mar actually. Noisy and rude people.

Staff was amazing, very friendly, smiling all the time. Room that I have was large enough, bed as well. Bathroom is very big and clean. Breakfast had too many options, delicious. Rooftop Avana is a good place to chill in the pool with delicious cocktails and food. Thank you!

The sound of the fan on the roof ( It was not so many sound but still can be better)

The hotel staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful. Especially the ladies and gentlemen who were at the reception. I have had unpleasant experiences in Spain and Italy where hotel staff have not behaved properly. But the staff and management of this hotel are really great. I am very very satisfied. I thank all of them. Dear ladies and gentlemen, please accept my sincere thanks. The hotel was very clean. Very clean. I have been to Spain many times. I have never stayed in a hotel this clean in Spain. The breakfast was excellent, varied, delicious and very clean. Dinner as well. Even when the hotel was busy, the table, chairs, plates, cutlery and food were very clean and fresh. The hotel is very close to several good supermarkets. Also, it is only a two/three minute walk to the beach. Although the hotel is located in the middle of the city, it has very good doors and windows that are completely soundproof. The rooms have good, clean, modern and large bathrooms. Clean, high-quality bedding and towels and a tea kettle, which is very important and helpful. The service staff were also very good and tidy. And they did the cleaning work properly and cleanly. Wi-Fi was good most of the time, but a few times when the hotel was full of travelers, the Wi-Fi became weak. I have a small suggestion: if you move the basement disco or lower the volume of its amplifiers it would be much better for adult travelers like me who don't like loud voies and discos. The manager of this hotel should become the Minister of Tourism of Spain. Managing two four-star hotels together is a difficult task. The air con in room 507 did not work, it only blew out hot air and the fan only operated on 1 setting which didn’t make much difference

This is our second stay here and whilst we didn’t have any issues the first time unfortunately we have an unresolved issue on this visit.We stayed in a superior room and even though the temperature outside was cool (visited early April) the heat in the room at night was stifling.I brought this up with the front desk and they did send someone up who said that unfortunately the top floors are controlled together,he pointed out that rooms on lower floors had individual air con units and therefore there was nothing he could do.He suggested opening the door to let air in.There are controls in the room so I’m not sure why this is.Due to the location of the hotel with the door open it is quite noisy so we were faced with the choice of kept awake due to the stifling heat in the room or open the door and getting kept awake by the noise.Im hoping that the air on was still on heat mode due to the time of year because it really is a lovely hotel,great staff and perfect location.This experience hasn’t put me off and I will visit again.

The hotel has just been refurbished and is so nice I have been researching furnishing etc for my own home.

Our room was very warm and the AC setting made it even warmer so we had to sleep with the door open, and the nearby bar was playing music loudly.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful with everything we needed. The room and view were great and the choices of pools and lounge areas. The rooftop bar was extremely enjoyable and available for use even on the entire day of checkout.

Buffet meals could be a lot better. Food was good but not hot. Organisation not good, for example, no milk at the tea/coffee station.

There was no entertainment so once again we went to the sister hotel next door there was a good DJ on but all the entertainment finished at 11pm said it was so people could sleep. You couldn’t hear anything once you a few steps from the bar area 11pm is to early to finish on holidays very disappointing. The roof top area was nice but the two swimming pools very shallow almost impossible to swim in more like plunge pools than swimming pools.

Our room was nice and spacious but we was told to go to the sister hotel next door for breakfast the Flamingo seemed to be catering for groups of Spanish hol makers. The breakfast at the Delamar was nice though.
