Although we were given one of the large family suites (probably to keep us separate from the school trips) our room was very warm and no way to control the heating which gurgled all night! Didn’t bother complaining as we just left the window open all night. Pillows were a bit uncomfortable. Next time I’ll bring my own.

Half board buffet breakfast and dinner kept us fully satisfied. Very comfy lounge areas both inside and outside. There were a couple of school parties there which added to the noise levels at dinner but didn’t bother us. Overall a very pleasant atmosphere.

Heating in the room. It was nog possible to adjust the temperaturen of the heater. Had to open the Windows and the door of the balcony to cool the room. Did nog sleep well.

Leisure furniture on terrace most uncomfortable for any lengthy use albeit obviously weather resistant.

Basic but clean rooms with view over mountain. Good breakfast buffet and lots of apres-ski atmosphere.

quite a lot of school children staying in hotel , dinner times were a bit hectic although staff managed it well

Neither of us slept well because the air was so dry. We had the heating on low, then turned off during the night.

I found the food adequate, typical 3 star hotel food, I always found something to eat, fish on buffet always good, In general the hotels needs a good lick of paint / varnish. Spa facilities are an additional cost, Jacuzzi & Sauna, I don't think this is explained in your description of the hotel. at 1688 Euros for a 4 night stay, I thought this would be included. Maybe offer the Sauna & Jacuzzi free to early bookers, or clients that pay up front.

Location to ski to and from hotel at the start and end of day. Apres ski parties, went down well with my 17 & 20 year old daughters..... and my wife!

Hotel is bit outdated and it needs renovation, looks like from 70'. In general, that is not a problem. But we had bunk bed in the room and it was not possible to sleep there, even breathing caused it extremely loudly creaking, upper and lower bed, no matter. Very bad, it requires change.

too many school parties and the restaurant overrun with kids and teenagers. but again this was made much better by the friendly and helpful staff.

the staff are very helpful and I couldn’t praise them enough. it’s well placed for ski on ski off that eases the transition from slopes to hotel.

Mold in bathroom should have been cleaned. Hotel is hacked or booking data is hacked. Scammers contacted me via booking.com interface for payment, they knew the hotel, check-in date and my phone number. Cyber security and data privacy should be taken seriously and it seems hotel knows about this data leak for some time.

Boot rooms pretty cold and damp. Not hotel's fault, but ticket machines for parking nearby are frustrating to use. Would be good if breakfast started a bit earlier on weekends-

Great breakfast, reasonable prices at bar, ski hire on site efficient. Warm, cosy hotel. Way better than expected based on reviews read before booking.

Rooms and overall interior of the hotel are very old and dated. I don't mean old style (which I like), just old and worn out. Room was small, no basic facilities like a kettle to be able to make tea. We came down with food poisoning (as far as I am aware not caused by the hotel) and had to get tea in small takeaway cups from the breakfast buffet. Location: beware! On the map it looked close and easy to access the main square etc. but it is quite a hike. All Sierra Nevada hotels are quite overpriced for what they deliver, but I would rather pay a bit more next time and be in a more convenient location with more comfortable facilities. Small thing on the side. Who thought pictures of dead birds make for nice decor?!

The hotel is very pretty on the outside and views are great. Convenient I guess if you want to ski straight from the hotel. On ground level there are locker rooms, toilets and showers which you can use after checkout.

No pool, no kettle, no bath, no safe, mattress hard. Mealtimes were extremely noisy and stressful with 100 schoolchildren pushing to get their food first.

Loved having a family room when I only booked a double. Lots of choice at mealtime. Warm and lots of hot water. Parking only €10 a night. Parador chairlift only 250m away.

The hotel is functional but well-used; but they have probably had a difficult two years due to the corona restrictions, so I am not going to blame them for that.

The room was smaller than we have had before and the bathroom was too small.

I liked the very friendly and helpful staff, also the cleanliness was brillant, our bed was comfy, had TV and good access to WiFi. Breakfast and Dinner was buffetstyle and tasty and plenty. We like the bar area as well, nice to relax in. Thank you😘

many young teenagers, although not felt any problems, to sit and with eat group teenagers of teenagers needs understanding. May be because we booked half board. To avoid we should we gone a late carte.
