It would have been nice to have a convenience store within the hotel and also nice to have some more bars and clubs in the location

Food was fantastic. Drinks menu at the bar could use improvement as very alcoholic!

No tea or coffee in the rooms which was v disappointing as room service was spasmodic to say the least . The bar by the pool and beach was not manned during the day unless you walked up to the main hotel and asked for somebody to come - not what you would expect . There is nothing to do in the evenings so , you have to have a car. Place was desseretd by 8.30pm.

The basic rooms are basic so moved to the golf course view side which feels more modern and fresh. The first room we checked into the front doors were next to each other and the walls sounded paper thin so we could hear all about the two girls next door plans for the evening and their holiday storytelling so far. Which was a bit off putting. The hotel quickly moved our bags to another room as we were pleased with the new room which wasn't noisy. Its a nice open air feeling resort. Bit dated like most of the Costa del sol but fair value for money. No spa. Which is a shame. Only the option to book a massage. I would have liked to be able to use a Suana or steam rooms after a gym session. That would be a good addition to the resort. Also no changing rooms available for after checking out. So you have to use a toilet to get ready to fly if your flight is in the evening. Golf local and a discounted rate if staying at the hotel. They helped to organise club hire for 56 euro and a green fee for 80 euros.

Checking in was a very slow process and there were queues (did try to check in online but it didnt work). Pool was great but the floor around it very slippery when wet. Not that we had time to use it but the TV is extremly small for such a large room and was very limited on channels - could not find a music channel.

Room was very nice and the beds are really comfortable but the bathroom could do with an update. Very nice staff and grounds were kept lovely. Lovely setting and food was good.
