No tea/coffee making facilities in room and restaurant opens only at 7 on weekdays and 8 on weekends. We are early risers so this was a pain.

The room we had booked said it had a walk-in shower. The room we were given had a shower over the bath. The bath was slippery and there was no grab handle. Together with marble floors, not safe. Next day we were kindly given another room with a walk-in shower, but this room had 2 single beds, one against the french window which couldn't be opened very much, and was necessary as it was quite hot in the room, the summer air-conditioning system hadn't yet been switched on. Not ideal.

Location was good, parking good but not straightforward to get there. Helpful staff.

Rather old.

Location is right in the middle of action. Everywhere is walk able. The smiley young man with glasses at the reception was always cheerful whether it was night or early morning

Downtown Granada can be noisy at night and the room was not well isolated.

Beautiful hotel in a Fantastic location in the middle of the city center and with a garage! the staff were super kind and helpful.

Really needed a clear map of the city showing easy access route to the hotel, as it was not easy to follow the written instructions supplied and Satnav does not always work on the very narow streets.

With it being in the heart of the centre and our stay coinciding with a big holiday there was a lot of noise late at night outside, so if you are a light sleeper something to consider.

It is very difficult to drive in the narrow street to hotel We had a small car and it was still difficult , if you are planning to rent a big car, it will be a problem

Really beautiful hotel, it’s a former palacio, made into a perfect 4* hotel. Breakfast is very good, dinner also. People in the hotel very friendly and extremely helpful. Parking under hotel, large spaces. Situated in the middle of the town center near cathedral. Rooms, beds and bathrooms perfect. We will certainly stay there again !

The only complaint was that the room was a little hot and we struggled to get the air-con to work - but that may have been us!

A fantastic location near the cathedral, shops and restaurants and a beautiful old building. My taxi was able to pull up around 50 meters away as the alley way that leads to the hotel was very small but that was fine. The breakfast was great and staff were happy to store our bags for us after checkout.

Rooms were a bit small . Lift very slow.

It's in old quarter, they sent clear detail of how to find it. We used a taxi from station and were early but rooms were ready to use. Chosen because it's traditional Spanish style.
