Free parking in the hotel lot was full on the Friday/Saturday we arrived, but there were spaces at the free lot next door so not a problem.

Location, facilities, staff, and management were all excellent. Over the past twenty years I've maybe stayed in a hundred Spanish hotels. This was my favorite.

The weather, but that is not your fault.

I liked the staff at the hotel. I like to intermingle with the workers. I was a hard worker all my life and it is enjoyable to see the workers happy in their job. A good respectable guest makes it easier on the staff.

Everything: the meals in the restaurant for breakfast and evening meals. The availability of the bar and with a live performer every night or nearly. The good exposure of the Bar terrace too. The beautiful view ahead with the magnificent sea and sunsets. The walks just outside the hotel to reach the beach through a nice wooden path. The long beautiful beach for long walks. The immense kindness of the whole staff in the restaurant, bar and at the reception plus also from the housekeeping department which I find very important. I also like having a little terrace outside my room where to drink a cup of tea or coffee and enjoy the sea view, the sun and sunset, etc… The general brightness of the hotel is very good for the moral too. I also enjoyed in February the indoor pool. I will certainly return to your hotel during the relatively affordable times of the year. It seems too expensive in the summer. Thank you again for all the amazing work of the staff abd the beautiful hotel and delightful setting of it.

Excellent staff at this hotel. Friendly stmosphere and unbelievable range of good quality food. The evening entertainment was aslo very good. An added bonus is the wellness centre where I had a great massage.

Love this hotel. We stay a couple of times a year and it never disappoints! Fabulous breakfasts, great facilities, friendly staff. Lovely location with a short beach walk to the town. Not everything is open at this time of year but we love it here out of season!

Would have liked tea / coffee making facilities in the rooms. As it was there was nowhere nearby to grab a morning cup without going to breakfast or the bar.

Loved the location, the pool, friendly staff, quality of the food, the balconies.

More suggestions for improvements than real complaints. Whilst the range of food available for breakfast was very good, the quality didn't always match. Also static parasols meant it was often impossible to place our sunbed in the shade for prolonged periods. Parking is too expensive at 8 Euro per day, with the car park being pretty empty as a result.

Excellent and tastefully designed hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. It's a perfect size, big enough to offer something for everyone without being overwhelming. Swimming pool is a decent size with plenty of sunbeds and access to, and wonderful views over, the stunning Playa de la Fontanilla. Plenty to do around the hotel for people of all ages too.

If I could recommend any improvement at all I would suggest allergy information alongside the buffet dishes served in the restaurant.

A wonderful hotel set next to a beautiful sandy beach and not too far from the town. The pool area was lovely with plenty of beds and a great pool bar. Our room was fantastic with a spacious bathroom and lovely view over the pool and sea. Breakfast was a delicious buffet style with lots of choices. We had a wonderful stay celebrating our anniversary and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Not really a criticism but we were upgraded from a standard double to a lateral sea view superior double on arrival. We decided to stay on an extra two nights and moved to a standard double; perfectly comfortable but in terms of views and comfort the superior room is very much better. The breakfast buffet could get quite congested sometimes.

Excellent resort hotel situated around 1.5km from the centre of Conil, a pleasant walk along the seafront or beach. Two minutes from wonderful Fontanilla beach. Excellent facilities and extra activities. Lovely pool area with bar and plenty of sun beds. Comfortable bar with nightly entertainment (September). Spotlessly clean. Staff genuinely helpful and friendly, service always quick and courteous. Lots of free parking near the hotel, at least in late September. Overall a very good experience that exceeded our expectations.

Gran Conil is a beautiful modern hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they offer free parking outside the hotel. We had an inward facing room with views of the gardens and sea. The room was clean, bright, and large - with a good-sized balcony and table and chairs. There is a mini-fridge, safe, Wi-Fi, and good air-con. There is a large pool with lots of sunloungers and a nice pool bar. The beach is only a 5-minute walk through a well-lit boardwalk. This is on the Atlantic side so the water was still cool when we were there, but nice and refreshing with great waves. The beach itself is huge with plenty of space to lounge out - not overcrowded at all. The hotel also offers chair and umbrellas rentals to take to the beach. The same boardwalk to the beach can take you to the town centre in around 20 minutes. It’s a lovely town full of restaurants and bars, with some of the best tapas we’ve had in Spain.

The gym was decent, only let down by the fact they did not offer towels and you had to take your own. The music in the pool area was a bit strange, but I assume this was what the regular clientelle listens to. Reception was majorly super friendly, with the odd one not being as engaging. The night time entertainment is very loud, so ensure you ask for a room as far away from it as possible if you like to go to bed early

Loved the location of the hotel. Easy access to both the beach and Conil walking. The amenities were very good, with a lovely pool and a nice covered pool as well. The gym was decent, with a good selection of equipment. The rooms are ample. We asked for a quiet room, so were given one with a garden view. The mattress is comfortable and the team make it look impeccable. The breakfast buffet is amazing, with a huge selection of choices, including someone cutting Jamón for you. The staff are hugely efficient and greet you almost immediately with coffee and hot milk as you arrive to the table. They are very friendly and superbly helpful. The check-in and check-out process was easy and the people helping us with both were super friendly and approachable. The pool bar is great, has a decent happy hour, and the bartenders are super lovely All in all a lovely experience. We went at the end of the summer, when it's meant to be less busy. There was still quite a flurry of people there, which made it quite busy at times. I am hugely impressed by how thr tram must manage peak season.

This used to be a great value for money hotel. Prices are increasing a bit too much for us to consider this a regular option anymore. Virtually double the price.

Hotel never disappoints. Great facilities and very close to the town centre. Rooms are comfy, great pool, good bar facilities.

Another great stay. What makes the hotel so great is its consistency in quality and the excellent staff, at all levels from cleaning ladies to kiddo entertainment. This combined with a lovely location makes it a place you just keep coming back

Wifi service in the rooms could be improved. Chairs by the pool were permanently "booked" by hotel residents despite the written notices around the hotel warning the staff will remove the beach towels. It seems to me it is up to the rest of guests to remove them and deal with the inconsiderate guests.

As usual, staff very kind and helpful; the hotel met our requirements in terms of rooms; incredible location; very good restaurant at the pool.
