Found it difficult to find the right exit to the hotel of the motorway but that was probably my sat nav!

Location was good. Food in the café bar was excellent. Great breakfast. The room was very clean and had all the facilities you needed. Even the safe worked !!

Staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. Hotel, although on the outskirts of the town, was in a good position for road links, especially for touring around the region’s historical sites. Taxi was reasonable into centre to save us driving in the narrow unknown roads. (Drivers were very friendly too and pointed out best places to visit). Plenty of easy access free parking surrounding the hotel. Nice to have kettle in room plus a coffee machine in foyer, free for residents. Two small bottles of water in fridge on first day, plus further available to buy in machines at reception. The restaurant had a decent range of good quality food. Plus breakfast had good variety that was regularly replenished. Everywhere was always kept very clean.

Room very hot with air con not working and a fair amount of noise from adjacent rooms

The bathroom in our superior room needs to be renovated. The menu in the dining room was very limited. There was no disabled parking close to the front door. We were charged for 2 coffees on the day of departure when we rang and asked for cold milk to go in tea. It was removed from our bill when I disputed it.

The check-in was easy once we got to the front of a very long queue. The room was very clean, and we had a good view from the window.

Pool was not opened, so I can't comment that. It's not close to the city, so you need a car to move around. I would not recommended it if you are actually coming to visit Jaen, but it's perfect to stop by on the way to South of Spain. Price changes a lot during the holidays, and I would not recommend to go during the higher season or it should be reserved well in advanced. More because it's not worth of paying more than 80 EUR for night.

This hotel is perfect place to stay for one night and if you are just passing by Jaen. It's perfectly located close to the highway, so you don'y have to enter to the city if you don't want. Huge free of charge parking place, free coffe machine at the hotel entrance and really friendly reception staff. Although the hotel is older, it is very well maintained. Good quality for the price.

Only minor criticism was that restaurant is located off the reception area and is a large open space, lacking in comfort & atmosphere but, I stress, that’s only a small negative.

Great location at the motorway intersection en route South, without having to go into Jaén itself, stylish & modern hotel with spacious & comfortable room, good value restaurant and great breakfast selection.

The access from south going north can be confusing to navigate, even coming from Jaén town the access directions are a little bit confusing.

Immaculately clean and rooms extremely clean and bed comfortable. Large well lit bathroom with hair dryer and complementary soap.

Perfectly located for us as we visited Jaén, Baéza and Úbeda on a road trip through Spain. Situated just off the highway, beautifully landscaped with a breathtaking view of the mountains if your room faces south. Easy to find with GPS. Hotel and rooms are modern, beds comfy and shower amazing. Many choices at breakfast buffet. Loved everything about this hotel.
