The apartment is beautifully done and the views from the balcony are gorgeous. Enrico who manages the property is fantastic and couldn't do enough for us. Would definitely recommend this property.

The view from the terrace was amazing. The apartment was very clean and has all the things you need to make your visit very pleasant. Enrico and Elena gave us lots of places to eat and visit. There is a free parking right in front of the apartment.

Enrico welcomed us with enthousiasm. His tips for restaurants and excursions were of high value. In this clean and nice appartment we had a beautiful week of vacation. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.Parking lot nearby. Very quiet and silent neighborhood. Playa de las Americas and Christianos on a 10 min drive.

Manager Enrico was realy nice and help us with many information. The apartament is big, clean and cozzy. You have everything you need to have nice comfort. Location is good and the view from apartament is very nice.

when we arrived at the apartment, enrico was already waiting for us. he greeted us with a smile and was extremely friendly right away. he showed us the accommodation in detail, handed out the keys and gave us numerous valuable tips for a pleasant stay on tenerife. in addition, we got his tips again via whatsapp. this man is very well prepared and we are very grateful to him. a perfect start to our vacation. the apartment is clean, well maintained and as described or seen in the pictures. the fridge was huge and it is worth to use the kitchen for cooking etc. in the bedroom there was a huge modern closet with all kinds of shelves and drawers. the terrace is nice and big and invites you to linger. almost all day the sun shines here and the view / sunset is very nice. the sofas inside and on the terrace can be pulled out, you would like to spend more time in the apartment. a rented car is advantageous. if you want to go to the region playa de las americas. there are enough parking places available. the pool is shared but during our stay we were the only ones using it.

Very modern and comfortable apartment with all the necessary amenities and a fully equipped kitchen-living room with a huge flat-screen TV. There is one bedroom with a double bed but the sofa-bed in the living room can probably accommodate 2 more people. The star feature is definitely the terrace with a BREATHTAKING ocean view from which we saw some of the most amazing sunsets ever! The apartment is situated up the hill though, so the downside of it is that it's probably best to rent a car or get a taxi occasionally to get there if you happen to be too tired to walk a steep path up the hill. The area is very quiet and safe, so no issues with that whatsoever. There's a private swimming pool available for the whole group of the apartments. It looked quite nice but we didn't really have the chance to use it as we preferred to go to the beach instead. The host Enrico was very nice and helpful. He got in touch as soon as we made the booking and he kept in touch since. He also gave us some very useful information about the local services and entertainment. We recommend this apartment and we would certainly come back in the future if we have a chance.

All!　Great location, good kitchen and shower facilities, clean. The views were exactly as pictured! Enrico gave us all the information we wanted and other useful advice. When we contacted Enrico during our stay, he was very helpful in getting back to us earlier than expected.

Everything was great. Nothing to complain. Of course with such a great view a little higher above the city you need a walk of 20 minutes to reach the beach or city.

First of all the host Enrico was taking care off everything you need. Enrico was super friendly and helpful. He also handed out tips for restaurents and sight seeing. Apartment was very clean and the view from the balcony was stunning.

Super clean +++++ Bright, spacious, brand new and very well organised apartment with lots of extras we did not expect. The bed is super comfortable. Easy free parking. The manager Enrico is very knowledgeable on good restaurants in the area. He was prompt in responding to any queries.

the view from apartment was amazing, it was super clean and spacious. The host Enrico was extremely helpful, gave us lots of recommendations for places to eat. We booked extremely last minute and Enrico was very accommodating and made our stay easy and relaxing.

The Apartment was amazing, immaculately clean and spacious. It has everything you need. The bathroom was spacious with a great shower. The balcony opened out on to an amazing view of the coast which was so lovely to wake up to.Great sized bedroom with comfortable bed. Enrico was very helpful and friendly and gave us all the info required. He also made sure we had a taxi pick us up for our return journey. Would not hesitate to stay here again! Highly Recommened.

only issue was it is the very top apartment so a fair few stairs to get to the apartment.

The apartment is very clean and tidy. the view was absolutely amazing! the pool was a very good size and very clean, for a communal pool was reasonably quiet and plenty of space. Enrico was very helpful and welcoming.

Sheets for bed and a duvet available for the colder nights would have been useful. Medium size cooking saucepan would have been useful.
