Just one thing, the walls are super thin! I could hear people from the next room in their washroom in the middle of the night which broke our sleep. I think some soundproofing would be great for the rooms :)

The location is superb! Well-connected to the metro, loads of cafés, restaurants and bars around. The staff were very kind and polite. The room was clean and had a huge comfy bed and a cute balcony too!

Extremely small toilet that cannot move much. Loud at night downstairs as hotel opposite a nightclub.

Cheap price. Great size room with comfortable bed. Cleanup every day. Reception helps a lot. Got a kettle, booked us airport taxi and gave us bath plug etc. warm room with air-con, heater and balcony

I was approached at the main entrance by an unknown man pretending to want a friendly conversation and fist bump - after midnight and just as I’d taken my wallet out to get the entrance key. So, the location means you might need to keep your wits if you’re out late.

This is a good little bed for the night in a central location with friendly staff. No bells and whistles but that’s reflected in the description and in the price.

We would’ve appreciated being able to make a morning tea/coffee but the amenities to do that weren’t there, which was disappointing. Although a fridge was so we had very cold water available in the room. The night time entertainment was too noisy at times, but understood as location very central in the nightlife, so although great bed not able to relax until one night 3am! In order to get a good nights sleep. A little more sound proofed windows would’ve been appreciated.

Location is great. Easy to find and easy to travel around Madrid. In the heart of the City which was lovely. The bed was wonderful. Changing the bed sheets after the second night was appreciated as that doesn’t usually happen for a short stay of 4 nights. Lovely staff, polite and friendly.

Walls are too thin. There were some guest walking and talking in the he hallways after midnight and you could hear them through the wall. We also heard guest staying next door snoring through the walls. So they are thin.

Close to the center. Easy to get to the metro. Walking distance to multiple restaurants and cafes.

The bathroom is really small, the bathtub is a special, extra small one, but it was not an issue for us (being small). The walls are extremely thin, we could hear the neighbors living their lives, day and night, which is a strange experience. The heating needed to be complemented with the AC, which was also quite noisy (such as the fridge), but at least the room was really warm. So the room was not quiet at all, but all in all we still liked the hostal and would consider staying here again -- depending on the prices and availabilities of other options.

It's a very central accommodation with kind staff and nice and neat rooms. We received a room that was facing the street with the sun shining in (whenever it was not raining), the bed was comfortable, there were sufficient space for our luggage etc. It was quite pleasant.

Soundproofing from interior, outside noise is actually negligible (except maybe for Saturday evening) A kettle would have been great and also some plates and minimal cutlery. Alternatively maybe some common kitchen area would have been desirable A bit too expensive for a hostal, but maybe we overlapped with some high demand period

Ideal location, in the very heart of Madrid, Sol is right around the corner Rooms are clean, staff is friendly and responsive Bathrooms are small as stated in other reviews but no deal breaker if you're average sized

The bathroom was tiny, but it was ok for us.

The Hotel has great location just in the heart of the city, 2 minutes walk away from Piazza del Sol. The staff was very friendly and helpful. For the price we have paid for our stay, this is just an incredible option. Will definitely stay here again! Thank you
