There was a fair amount of other people’s hair in the shower, the shower door didn’t close properly, nor did the windows without a lot of force

Aircon was a godsend, I personally enjoyed hearing the tower bell at night! didn’t know the cleaners came every day with fresh towels and they always made the bed! So refreshing!

Too expensive for the room. It was clean, the staff was kind, but the room was really too basic and it was not really close to the port as it looked from the map. For the price we paid for one night, I expected a bit more.

Keys being collected at hotel location

Clean and simple hotel. Only problem was we had to collect the keys from another location and with heavy bags and taxi not being able to drive to the location to collect keys was annoying after a long and hot flight

The reception is totally in another location and after you pick up the keys you have to move with all the luggages to reach another point of the city (1 km). The room could have been cleaner but it was all fine in the end.

The personnel was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were fine.

Check in was a little inconvenient, having to check in at a different location. The building and room had a certain odour that indicated it was damp or had a lot of moisture with poor ventilation. It was so bad to the point where we considered booking somewhere else to stay. The bathroom door frame looked like it was rotting from being exposed to water and probably didn't help that the air-conditioner above it was leaking the entire time it was on. The rooms and the building itself seem to need a lot of work, everything just seems a worn down compared to the pictures provided on their listing.

The key was a bit difficult to use in the lock on the main entrance door. The communal corridor smelled of cigarettes.

It was value for money for a one night stop over after arriving off the ferry. Check in was easy.

It is very difficult to get a key and check in because where are you check in and get a key is about a 15 minute walk from the actual location. The pictures make it very unclear which location you were actually looking at. The room smelled horrible and I couldn’t even stay there for the night so I just left about 15 minutes after checking in because I couldn’t stand the smell. The bed was also very uncomfortable and the pocket Hostel has no amenities. It’s just basically an apartment building with separate rooms. If you want any of the restaurants or amenities pictured in the ad you would have to stay at Ryan ‘s marina. Overall very disappointing.

Front door was difficult to unlock but they were able to send someone over to help.

I needed a room for one night and luckily this was available. Picked up the keys at the 24hr reception at the marina and only a 10min walk to the hostel and I was able to get in my room. Everything was so clean and I was able to have a comfortable night sleeps after a long flight. Super convenient and nice for quick stays and has many places to eat and shop around as well

This hotel has no front desk .just rooms. So you need to check in at their other branch. Its not far but it can be a hassle for some people.

The room is very clean. Near to town,port and the bus station. The area is safe. The staff are very helpful. They let me put my luggage bags in my room before check in. They even drove me to the other branch to check in.

Beds were a little firmer than we like and a blanket to add to the bed would have been a nice option. Safe wasn't working.

Basic but clean and well appointed, very good value and all we needed for a quick overnight stop. Bathroom was very compact but perfectly sufficient, with an excellent shower. Very efficient aircon, good WiFi. No reception/staff on site but the lady at the sister hotel explained everything to us, so access was easy with phone on site had there been a problem.

The room is so tiny, the shower is a cubicle of 70x100 cm, if you're not a small person you can't possible shower there. We reserved a room with 2 single beds but were given a double bed, and when complaining with the reception nothing could be done. It's not worth it, pay a little extra and get a better hotel.

Check out was simple, just dropping keys in a box.

The room once we entered smelled very very bad, like cesspit. The environment of the room was very humid. The flush was leaking after every use and the douche was also leaking. The water came under the wall near our bed so we putted towels to keep it away. The bathroom was small, I couldn't take a shower normally because the curtain of the shower was sticking on me. There was no space to take a plasant shower. The water also smelled chloride. We stayed 2 nights and they were the worst nights I ever had in a rent room. The level of humidity in the room was so high that our bodies were aching in the morning like we were sick. We are very disappointed... Our room was the number P12. I wouldn't reccomend... Unfortunately I didn't thought of taking photos to upload here..
