Wish the location was closer to Downtown, this is where a lot of families stay for vacation.

My room had a window that faced the interior of the building, so it was pretty dark. I could hear noise from neighboring rooms through the walls. The room was clean, but the scent of cleaning products was strong. There is no elevator.

The location was quite convenient for sightseeing, and the staff members were friendly. It offered a more budget-friendly alternative in the area. I did have to share a bathroom, but it was nice to have a washing area in the room.

The fan is okay, but not enough to cool the room. At night, I barely could sleep because of the weather. You have to be aware to climb many scales to get into your room (i.e. I was staying in the 5th floor) and can be a problem for people with mobility issues.

Super clean hostel, both bathroom and rooms. Convenient location in the port area, close to many places by walk (including Pacha) and I felt safe while in the area (any time of day/night). Close to supermarkets too. Very good signal of wifi from my room (floor 5th). Nieves was super helpful with her advice about how to move around and where to go. They provide the option to store food in their fridge, because there is no fridge in the room.

This place is amazing value for money (especially in Ibiza, which is really expensive!). We had a really comfortable stay and felt very safe. We also had a late check-in, which the host was really helpful with. They went above and beyond to make sure we knew how to get our keys, what the WiFi was, how to park, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

Very very hot in the bedroom and even hotter in the bathroom. There was a fan in the ceiling in the bedroom.

It was clean, we had a balcony and staff were lovely. Good location to shops, restaurants and other amenities.

Everything was great! Room was really clean and size is just perfect for one person. There was everything I needed and sink was a plus. It gets hot in the room quite fast, but ceiling ventilation helps a lot. It can be a bit noisy, can always hear someone slamming doors, but nothing crazy ( at least when I was there). Be aware that if you have a lot of luggage, maybe inform hostel before you book, so they can put you in lower floor as there is no elevator. I had a backpack, so 4th floor was fine going up. Stuff is super nice and helpful. Overall was a great stay, perfect location and would definitely stay again in the future :)

There wasn't a lift so it was a bit difficult to take my bags to my room.

There could have been a lift: I was told by one of the lovely staff that they have been waiting over 10 years for planning, so hopefully next year they will have one. Inconsiderate patrons smoking in the communal bathrooms and leaving the floor a mess instead of using the mop to clean up after themselves. Noisy patrons not respecting others peace and quiet.

I like the fact that it is ideally located right in the heart of Ibiza Town. It's a five minute walk and you're at the port, where the bars and restaurants are. It's a 15-20 minute walk to Talamanca or Figueretes beach in either direction. The room was clean, the staff were excellent, super-friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. There was a communal fridge behind reception which was invaluable in this extremely weather; I could leave my water and various beverages there and have something cool whenever I needed. Also, I had an early checkout and was allowed to leave my luggage behind until my flight in the evening.

There is no elevator, the room was on the 4th floor and it is very difficult to climb with luggage, the staff does not help, consider this when booking.

I had a late check-in and they left me the keys to enter, a quick and polite chat via WhatsApp

No lift, so we had to carry luggage up 4 floors ourselves, still it was a good workout.

Location was perfect and the staff was really friendly. They checked us in really smoothly and as it was right in the heart of Ibiza town, it was easy to just go and come back whenever we wanted. Scooty rental shop was located right opposite to the place as well.
