It is basic accommodation which is reflected in the price but very clean and the central location is the main attraction.

So centrally located right by Opera tube station and a 5 minute walk from The Palace. We walked everywhere around Munich from the hotel which is in a quieter side street just 30 yards from the bustling centre of Madrid. Very quiet rooms well sound proofed. Comfortable but slightly hard mattress but we had a very good nights sleep while we were there. Plenty of comfortable pillows too. Easy access and staff on site all the time we needed them. Very early and late check in times and the hotel looked after our bags after check out too.

It needs a bit of renovating in the bathroom and adjacent, i'm not saying its in a bad state because you can very well handle your business but still there are some things that need to be attended to.

The accomodation is in an older building wich has a certain charm of a bygone era. Its pretty well taken care of and the ladies that work there are attentive,polite and social. Its right there smack in the center of the city which makes sense if you want to walk around everywhere but theres also subway very closeby. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

It was a little hard to find as my maps kept taking me to another area a few blocks away. I won’t blame the hotel on that. But maybe a larger sign would’ve been nice.

Great location, in the city center. All major facilities are within walking distance. The room was clean and tidy. What made me happy the most was that due to the flight delay, we did not have time to arrive before the end of the check-in time - they accepted us even later. There was a very nice employee that night, sorry I don't know her name.

Signage at the door was small and the foyer was empty so I wasn't sure where I was to go when I first arrived.

The room was comfortable and quiet. The staff made sure the room was clean and tidy. I felt welcomed. There was easy access to metro, local shops and the busy Plazas.

Some mechanical noise in the internal ventilation rise meant I had to close the windows at night. There is no common area or facilities, although my room was large enough to not miss this.

Ideal location for me, beautiful old building with elevator access. Friendly, helpful and delightful staff were ready for anything. Comfortable room was bigger than expected.

The hotel had an air conditioner but it wasn't strong enough for the heat. The room did have 9 ft ceilings so that was helpful but I feel a ceiling fan would have helped. Another thing that is small but was kind of annoying was that the shower head was detachable but the holder was loose and whenever someone went to turn on the water it would move and wet absolutely everything in the bathroom. The mattresses were not the most comfortable and little room to move around furniture.

The staff was wonderful. She was very helpful with tips on restaurants and places to go. Very diligent on cleaning regularly. Overall good experience.

There were no issues except that you need basic Spanish to communicate with the staff.

Excellent location, exactly in the center, so any central building or attraction can be reached by foot. Perfect for short stays and non-demanding guests.
