Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The building is having 4 floors and no elevator, If you have heavy luggage and staying in upper floors, might be a bit not very convenient. Otherwise nothing

Wonderful staff. Very helpful and friendly! They had a safe place to place luggage before leaving, and offered beach towels and such, if we needed it before flying home.

The only thing we would have appreciated was some English channels on the TV, this was the only disappointment.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Hostal close to the beach, restaurants etc. Room was modern, comfortable and clean and very importantly had a fridge and balcony. Staff called for a taxi for our very early departure to the airport which came instantly. Beach towels and umbrella offered free of charge.

Beds. Only twin beds and if you are with your wife, you could not reach to her, as beds fall apart simultaneously. They should tie these somehow together if couples booking the room.
Very good hostal. Could ve even hotel, but they miss restaurant for breakfast. Service is very good. Rooms are big, clean and nice looking. For the price I will go again!

Everything was great, though the communal areas are not air conditioned.
It was simple, but extremely clean, and the staff were very pleasant too. Had everything I needed for one night, and the location is great. Perfect for solo travel. Rooms are air conditioned. Unsure as to why it is called a hostal - it’s definitely more an actual hotel!

limited facilities, no washing available, shower was a handheld one, there was no kitchenette, it was just a room with a bed and a toilet / bathroom
The location was fantastic, the room itself was clean and tidy as they make sure of this every day with fresh sheets and linen, air conditioning wasn’t an issue and the staff were very friendly

- If you are planning on spending at lot of time at Hi/Ushuaia etc this is a bit of a tricky location. I didn’t try for a taxi due to cost. The last local bus goes that way at 11:30pm for just €2, but if you’re going out later the disco bus stop is a 20min walk (and I found it to be a confusing service). Wasn’t much of a day time vibe in this location (playa de bossa seemed to be buzzing). None of this is really a reflection of the guesthouse itself though just a tip.
- Exceptional staff 12/10 nothing is too much of a problem can’t say enough good things - Good price by ibiza standards, but obviously expensive compared to other places - Very close to beach - Approx 10min walk to airport bus, 5min to playa de bossa bus (runs till 11:30pm) - Decent aircon, good curtains so room is not too bright during the day, quiet, daily housekeeping if required, fridge and kettle.
