The spa has very limited opening hours and is expensive as if you only stay 1 night, you have very few hours to access it, so we didn't bother. There is a very good open-air public swimming pool, just a short walk away, which we can recommend.

It is in a great location with just a short walk to reach the main town. The restaurant has an exceptional plant based evening menu and a good breakfast selection that is not just plant based. Comfortable beds, good air con and very quiet. The staff were very helpful.

The hotel is set near a very pretty little village which is well worth a walk into. The hotel itself is well equipped, the room was large and very comfortable with nice views. The staff were friendly a helpful. We didn't use the spa , but we did have both diner and breakfast during our visit. The restaurant for diner was vegetarian, there was a good choice on the menu and the food was excellent. Breakfast was also very good, but definitely not vegetarian!

It hotel advertises itself as "spa," and thus one assumes that the price that one pays includes the spa. However, it doesn't. one has to have an additional $ 14.00 euros for access to the spa. Moreover, the access to the spa area goes only to 9:00 p.m. It would be great if it were extended to, say, 11:00, as some customers may arrive late to the hotel.

The hotel operates a very high level chef restaurant. The food prepared by him is served statically and attracts the eye and stimulates the appetite. The food is delicious from the first course to the dessert. The price is very reasonable. It is highly recommended to come and eat at the restaurant.

- The spa (either at an extra charge of 16 € or included in a more expensive room rate) was quite disappointing: to start with, one has to sign up for a 2h window (5-7 or 7-9 pm) in which the spa area can be used, and one has to buy a cap for the hair (3 €) in addition to any usage fees. The pool then was the nicest part and reasonably warm as well. However, the sauna and steam bath were a huge disappointment - even 1h after the start of my pre-registered slot the sauna was still only at 46° (my colleagues told me it was the same problem when they were staying here last November) and the steam bath was also not really warm. Furthermore, some areas of the spa were visibly dirty, the wood in the sauna looked very used and not hygienic to be on and also corners or ceilings were rusty/worn. Due to this disappointing experience I decided not to visit the spa area anymore on my second day - and unless it's included in the room rate, I would not recommend to spend the extra money for this spa. - some details and maintenance should be improved, e.g. windows didn't open/close easily and had some broken hinges, shower door didn't close properly (it was a bit tilted and thus scratching on the floor)

The bed was a bit loud, even when you were just rolling around on it it made a lot of noise.

What we didn't know when we booked was that there are no coffee or tea facilities. That the fridge is barely cool, which was a problem traveling with medicine. The spa was sub-par given what we've experienced elsewhere. The streamroom just didn't work, is not insulated and the slip-ons we were required to wear are incredibly slippery on the upper deck. The waterfall in the picture only came on in the last ten minutes of our stay. We were not impressed with a very limited vegetarian menu, so skipped dinner altogether and are our own cheese and cured meats. I'm not sure they realise they have a beautiful hotel and with a little effort this place could be world class.

The town itself is incredible. It's so beautiful and peaceful walking around. The hotel is beautifully placed in the town along the water. The rooms were spacious and very well designed. The spa was unique, which is the reason we chose this hotel. We spent hours walking around the town and just enjoying the location, people and coffee.

I have no idea why this place us a 4 stars and with such nice reviews, bunch of thieves, not only they charge extra for spa package but when we booked that and arrived to the spa in our robes and shoes since there were no slippers in the room, they then told is we need to have shower cap and slippers and we are not allowed entry without them, being the first time we hear about this we mentioned we booked the room with spa access and that all charges were included as described in your own reservation and I was ignored and offered to pay for two shower caps and 2 slippers that are of absolute shitty quality and would only generate them money and the world trash, feeling deceived, I contacted reception to at least get a refund on my spa extra payment to the room and then they said it is not possible since I booked a spa package! Even when they are the ones not respecting the package concept! Breakfast was the worst I have had in all my travels, not one vegetable, all processed food, industrial tastes and full of sugar, poisoning clients instead of offering healthy options, ended up not eating anything almost, 2 sips of my coffee that tasted like pure sugar water with a coffee after taste. Staff was just unprofessional, we have seen them clean the room next to us, when they wiped the floor it was literally half wiped with around 50% not touched by the mop.

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Not the best wifi. Wasn’t aware when booking that the restaurant is plant-based food only in the evening. I’m not vegan, but I do love vegetables and vegetarian cuisine, so happy to try it. The dishes were OK, but nothing to write home about. Breakfast does include meat, cheese and eggs, so not sure why the menu couldn’t cater to all tastes.
