Nice breakfast. Room was well-appointed. Loved the rooftop deck. The bar on the 1st floor was very nice. The front desk was very helpful on a number of occurences.

The staff were fantastic, helpful, and cared, which is great when you don't know the city, surrounding areas, and where to go! Our daughter was coming in from Florence and when I was relaying on to them about her coming, they instantly understood that she needed a key and asked her name and made her feel very welcome when she arrived.

Location. Conveniently located and almost at the center of the city. Staff is amazing and very friendly and helpful . We are able to do early check in before 9 AM. Thanks to wonderful people at the reception. Breakfast is amazing and lots of items to choose from.

This hotel is stylish with a fun and swanky bar. A.C. is a talented bartender. The rooms with balconies are beautiful with very high quality bedding. I loved the location because you can take the bus to and from the airport, the subway is close by (to see the Sagrada Familia) and the walk to las Ramblas and the Gothic quarter is very short.

Excellent location, very close to a busy area but the hotel was quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Rooms were very well finished, a little small but perfectly adequate Hotel bar was very relaxing and all he staff were super helpful and friendly Breakfast was another very relaxing experience, great food, great service

The only very small things were that it was a shame the restaurant is only open for breakfast and lunch. An evening meal option would’ve been great, after a full day of walking around my mum was keen to just ‘stay in’ .However there are obviously a huge amount of food choices in Barcelona so this wasn’t a big issue. Also we had a small balcony (ours had room for 1 chair only incase anyone envisions of sitting out together with a glass of something - they may have bigger ones), we looked out over the street and it was quite noisy esp at approx 1pm when it seems they empty the large street bins! HOWEVER, you have to appreciate this is a busy city and nothing the hotel can do about that. Just a warning to fellow travellers to either take ear plugs or maybe book a room not facing the street if you are a light sleeper.

Central position and very easy to find after being dropped off by the airport bus. Close to Metro stop, and a taxi rank right in front of hotel. Many attractions within a 20/30 min walk. If you love clothes shopping this is an ideal spot to be! Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Good breakfast selection. Refillable glass water bottle to use in the room and filtered water station on each floor. Very nice bar/lounge area. Lovely roof terrace/bar (unfortunately closed when we went as early in the year but nice views at the top and still able to use seating area). As two ladies travelling we felt very safe here.

Smart and very comfortable hotel ,situated right by the Ramblas and within easy walking distance of the sea and the delights of the Gothic quarter. Good parking arrangement (public parking right across the street and hotel then give you validated ticket and include price in your bill). Great public area and bar. Comfortable and elegant rooms. We enjoyed having a little balcony overlooking street (no disturbance).

We wish the hotel bar was kept open longer and there were additional menu options to order during breakfast but that’s really just nitpicking as I mentioned above it was truly outstanding.

From the arrival the staff was friendly and accommodating, specially Natalia & Ian who made sure to accommodate us even though we arrived hours before the check in. The room was beautiful as well as neat and cleaned daily. The breakfast had a lot of variety to choose from and the bar was very nice, I specially loved the way that Richard & Carmine treated us while there.

Shower had slight musty smell from drain but not enough to say to staff. Balcony room we had (room 501) was at the front of the hotel, we slept with balcony door open but it was very loud at night with bin trucks, nightclubs etc. But when the door was closed, was no problem.

Location was absolutely brilliant. Very central, right beside Metro stops. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean, bed comfy, loads of pillows. Lovely freebies in room too. Loved that there was a refillable water tap on our floor too! Highly recommend upgrading room to balcony room. Beds made and changed every day. Room size fab. We didn't eat in the hotel so can't comment but the breakfasts looked fab.

Very close to la rambla and the tube. The hotel is very nice and the stuff are welcoming. The hotel is not big and the decor is unique.
