Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. Amazing decor, chilled vibes - I relaxed instantly. Loved the DJs and you couldn't ask for nicer staff, they were simply amazing. We will be back for sure

the upgrade wasn't worth it.
Everything was great, however i asked and paid extra for a better view and got a building renovation staring at us, we couldn't even open the window due to noise and dust. but we really enjoyed the comfortable bed and bathroom was amazing.

Very good breakfast with differant choices,location of the hotel was very good close to main train station Atocha, staff very helpfull especially reception desk.

Minor problem: There was only one towel in this double bedroom and the soap container was almost empty but it was taken care of immediately. Breakfast is not included and is pricy, 25 euro per person.
We were here for three nights and we chose this hotel for the location because we arrived by train from Málaga. It's just a short walk from Atocha train station to this hotel. It's also walking distance to the wonderful Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum and to the equally excellent Museo del Prado. The Botanical Garden is behind the hotel. The Front Desk had a wonderful staff who all spoke good English. Especially the young Bolivian woman was excellent and very service-minded. Kudos to her. The beds were very comfortable and there was a reasonably sized bathroom with all the amenities. There was a construction site next to the hotel but it was not that noisy.

all was ok only the price was high, we paid 333 Euros per night its bit of too much and my friend paid for same hotel Euro 160 for 1 night, and that too same night which we stayed, they were 2 and we were 3 but that should not double the price as it was similar room

Unlike bath towels, we are given one hand towel almost everyday. So I had to call the reception to ask for one more :)
Hotel's location is perfect. It is close to every place you would like to visit. Museums, popular spots, train station, city park, all within walking distance. Even though it is in a central location, rooms are very quiet. Bed is extremely comfortable. Bathroom, and in general the room, was spacious. And breakfasts are to die for.

I personally hate mini bars that have those timed magnets that aren’t explained at check in . If a hotel minibar has some what reasonable prices I drink it all. Raddison should ditch this insult

The hotel is located in a street full of bars. In the middle of the night drunk people create disturbances.
Perfect location for those that wish to visit museums- just around the corner - and and arms length from old told and city center.

Unfortunately the quality of the breakfast was much lower than I expected. Cold food is not the standard I have in other hotels with the same ranking
The staff of the hotel is so helpful and friendly. Just amazing. The location of the hotel could not have been better, just perfect for me, so close to Atocha.

The black walls made it difficult to find the place to put card in to turn lights on in a dark room.
