The durnishing was so cosy! The staff was over the moon and back!! They treated us with a better room as it was not busy and also with a late checkout as another treat. I will come back as my first option!! Amazing!!

The photo in my review (if they display it!) shows the state of the bathroom of this €385 a night hotel/apartment. I’m no stranger to bookingdotcom’s misleading photos and false advertising practices but my stay at this hotel was on another level. I was charged €770 for two nights. When I arrived at the property, I realised I was charged €330 more for booking via bookingdotcom in advance. The same thing happened to my sister in another hotel next door. Do not book this hotel or other hotels in this area via booking. Go direct or book last minute otherwise you will be charged almost twice. As for bookingdotcom. I won’t use them again. A large group of scarred family, colleagues and few connected friends in the media are getting together to hit the con artists where it hurts :-)

The wifi wasn’t working on screen for netflix or movie channels. It was working for our friends in Melia hotel so this was a bit disappointing as we wanted to unwind after a long day. Not the staff’s fault but pricing suggests that floors are heated and the wifi works well enough for movies.

One has to know that Sierra Nevada is rather empty off season. And when I say empty, I mean like almost a ghost town. The views are still breathtaking but do not count on atmosphere of a bustling holiday resort.

It is better to let the owner know what time you are coming. Otherwise you may have to wait a bit, which is not a bid deal as the area is nice.

The price versus quality was the worse I have ever paid. Size of rooms was very small and to filled with stuff. Beds really bad and my son slept on a terrible sleeping sofa but we paid over 300 use per night

I would suggest for the hotel to add water in the room, offer wine or snacks in the minibar. We came late at night and didn’t have any water, no snacks or wine that was unfortunate.

The best thing of this hotel is location as it’s in the main square. As well as we came as a couple hotel did provide us double bed instead of twin bed on our request, we called Hotel to ask for it. The view from our room to the mountains was good too.

Very noisy both from inside the apartment block and outside. Decorated to poor standard. Some lights didn't work. Bathroom door doesn't shut properly, and no lock on the bathroom door. Fridge is loud and some kitchen cupboards do not close fully. Exposed cables leading to boiler that it not mounted to the wall properly in the bathroom

Rather small and lacking facilities/services, very hot even with the radiators off, expensive but you can’t beat the location, so it was worth it. would have also liked cleaning services included.
