Our stay at the Itinere Rooms was excellent froma start to finish I waa contacted prior to arriving by whatsapp with lots of info and any question i had was answered immediately. Cynthia met us to check in and show us round she was super informative. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was enormous with lovely clean sheets. The bathroom and shower were good also. There is a communal kitchen where you can make a drink..also a microwave and crockery and a water cooler which is always handy. When we were leaving we got a message to say our train back to Malaga was delayed. Cynthia was most helpful translating and calling the company to sort out for us. Would highly recommend Itinere Rooms to anyone.it is excellent value for money.

Bathroom, doors, windows are very old, walls are thin and noisy, we couldn’t sleep until 2am because of the neighboring room and voices at outside.

Rooms are little bit small, but bed is very comfortable. Staff is very kind and informative.

Cynthia was a very hospitable host, made us feel welcome and was easily contactable . The room was spacious and comfortable . The location is excellent , on the first floor of a building near the city centre and walkable to all the main sites. Cynthia gave us some great recommendations. Our room was quiet and we appreciated the little kitchen where there was complimentary water and teas.

Very handy location just off Gran Via, nice staff (Cynthia), handy kitchen next to our room, all very nice. Bring your own Nespresso capsules, they charge 50c each if you use theirs.

Everything was amazing. The room was clean. Lovely balcony with the view. Really close to the center, great location. A huge advantage was having shampoos in the bathroom as well as the iron, hair dryer. Host was approachable and amazing. Tv has Netflix and YT, great air conditioning and heating.

A pleasant and clean apartment that contains everything you need for your stay. Everything is as described online. The staff is very friendly and the location is great, close to the center and all sights. We also had secure parking (paid) in the underground garage so we didn't have to worry about the car. And they let us leave the car in the parking lot even after check out, for which we are very grateful. All in all, a recommendation.

Excellent experience! Hosts were super friendly and helpful, communicated and answered questions very fast. The location is great - near old town and center! The room was super nice and cosy and the view from the balcony was amazing. The bed is comfy, the room is very clean and you have all the facilities needed (kitchen, toiletries etc). Very helpful, friendly and professional service. We were contacted via whatsapp even before arriving at the hotel and all questions were answered before we could even ask. The location of the hotel was good and it had its own parking spaces, the rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable and the hotel had free high-speed internet. The hotel had its own shared kitchen corner, where you could heat up food, make tea and coffee. We were very satisfied and recommend it.

I liked everything. Can not find anything what could be improved

My stay was just perfect. Location is central, you can walk to all sightseeing spots, resturants. Bus stop from which buses are going to main bus station is just in front of the building. People working there are super nice and helpful, also contact with them aprior to the stay was smooth and everything was clear. Room looks super, contain everything what you need. Bed is huge and comfortable. I liked everything.

I expected the kitchen to be a bit bigger and with a table and chairs, more like a communal place to socialise a bit with the other guests.

The accommodation is in a very good and quiet location and the room looked better then the pictures on booking.com. It was provided with a small minibar and it was very comfortable to have a couch in the room. I was also happy with the desk in the room. There is a small communal kitchen were you can make tea and coffee and there is a microwave if you need it. I appreciated it also that you could refill your water bottles all the time. And last but not least the very friendly staff, Shaquille, who was very helpful.

Everything about Itiniere Rooms is amazing. The room was very cosy, and it had a very traditional yet very comfortable design. The staff was very helpful and clear about all the information you might need. The shared kitchen was enough and very well equipped. The location was amazing. So close to all the main attractions and still in a quiet neighbourhood. If you have the rooms watching from the road, you will have a wonderful view. I will definitely stay here again if I visit Granada in the future.
