What a hidden gem of a hotel! Normally stay in a villa but only 3 day trip. Absolutely fabulous hotel made even more so by the staff: understated attentiveness by everyone from reception staff to pool boys. Pool area gorgeous, superb fresh lunchtime fish at Spiler beach bar. Loved that we could walk into town on the boardwalk in 40 minutes, or longer, with a couple of places for a refreshment en route. Highly recommend & will return.

No air conditioning in the bedrooms meant it was hot at night. Would have expected it in a five star hotel.

Breakfast was great, spa and gym was good and the staff were all very helpful.

WE HAD TO UPGRADE FROM A JUNIOR SUITE TO A GRAND SUITE AS THE JUNIOR SUITE LOCATION AND SIZE IS NOT AS EXPECTED.

Everything was nice. Nice welcome into the hotel. Helpful at reception, lovely lobby area. Spacious rooms, great balcony. Beautiful pool area with nice grounds. Promenade right outside the hotel which was lovely to walk or cycle to Estepona.

there were no USB charging points anywhere in the room which is surprisingly out dated for a hotel which is presented to a high standard, the marketing department needs to be more upfront regarding range of offers for stay

outdoor pool and indoor pool with spa facilities were great, grounds were well laid out and well kept, the beach side restaurant was a very relaxing place to eat

We originally booked a deluxe room for 3 and had to book an extra room shortly after check-in for additional children that joined our group from another resort that was further away than we originally thought. We opted for a basic room for the children. The basic room was very expensive but still half the price of our deluxe room. The basic room was exactly like our deluxe room, but with a slightly less nice view. The deluxe price was not worth it. I also missed an email from the hotel offering us a completely upgraded suite for only €169, so make sure to check your email for any deals.

Beautiful place, great facilities. We loved it! The pools are various and fantastic. We used the resort's bicycles and cycled far along the beach promenade, that is very nice and beautiful. Malaga province is very smart about constructing a long, winding, natural beach promenade that will eventually connect Malaga city with the last town on the western edge of the Malaga province, Manilva. It is lovely and a tourist draw. The hotel is right on this promenade. In parts along the coast the beach can get narrow and at times rocky, so this winding, natural promenade more than compensates for those shortcomings. Smart move Malaga.

The hotel is situated too far to walk to any town and you don't have anything to do in the evening, except going to dinner at the hotel's restaurant.

I liked the breakfast, the cleaning service in the room and the garden.

The Beach isnt the best and it’s very difficult to walk into the sea bare foot. A timber path or small jetty going out into the sea would really elevate things.

Being a regular guest at the Kempinski Bahia Hotel, I noticed that food menus at the breakfast and beach club is not changed for a long time. I suggest little modifications by introducing more plates drinks will be nice.

Swimming pool, GYM, Lobby, Staff in short every thing in this hotel is excellent.

Rooms are very expensive especially if you want sea view but they are spacious and feel luxurious.

Beautiful hotel with a fab setting around the swimming pool area, nice bars and restaurants to eat and very clean. The towels and rooms were replaced continuously throughout the day and can’t fault the service we received from all the staff members.
