Very good staff at this hotel right on the beach. It was hard to find as I was in a hire car & they should put up a big sign for hotel name Food was excellent. Loved the whole hotel

My room was city view…I could see a bit of the port which was as nice, however there was a very old building just just front.

Well located, front on Las Canteras beach, very close to Parque Salta Catalina bus station. Easy to move around the area The fitness room has got an amazing view of the city

The coffee at breakfast isn’t great. Nespresso machine in the room is good but the milk and coffee isn’t replenished so you’ll have to buy milk and coffee for the room after the first day.

Incredible beach view from our balcony and loved listening to the waves every morning. Bed was big and comfortable (it was a proper kingsize, not two singles pushed together!). Very quiet at night and got a great sleep yet still very close to good restaurants and bars. The pool is glorious (heated salt water) and the food is very good too. The staff are the best I’ve ever encountered (particularly Kianna, Jose and Navileen) - all so friendly and welcoming.

Perhaps a double bed rather than singles pushed together.

The hotel was in a perfect location and met all expectations. There were many options for Breakfast and the hotel offered some good evening entertainment. By far the best feature was the staff, especially at reception. They helped us with local travel and entertainment.

The beds are extremely hard (not to everyone's preference), they allow smoking on all balconies which meant it was hard to avoid the smell for non-smokers even inside your room, and the food lacked in terms of quality ingredients (definitely do not order anything from the pool bar, we were served undercooked chicken)

The hotel was clean and modern and in a great location, the facilities were great and the staff especially were fantastic

Furniture was a quite outdated. Rooms may need some refurbishment and new interior.

The location of the accommodation was excellent. Beach just a few meters away. Internet is excellent at this hotel. Excellent bandwidth at any place in the hotel.

I may be a grumpy pensioner, but I really have no complaints, job well done !

I loved the entire experience at this hotel. Flying in from Sunderland, UK, I joined my brother and his wife (who live in Northern Spain) as we all wanted to get away from the cold for the 2023-2024 New Year experience hosted by the hotel. It was fantastic, a lovely large room and bathroom with a sea-view and balcony room with fantastic views of the sea and even Tenerife in the distance! We went half-board, and the breakfasts and dinners (which are all buffet) were lovely with great selections for everyone. I have to say the staff were all so friendly and helpful to my family group, well done team!

Would have liked robes in the room and a walk in shower, the corridors are a bit worn and shabby but the rooms are refurbished beautifully so not a big deal. Would be nice to have tea and coffee served to the table at breakfast instead of self service but only a minor detail.

Stunning view from the beach view rooms, perfect location on the beach with beautiful pool area, staff were friendly and professional, extra large bed and very clean, comfortable rooms. Breakfast had a huge selection and always replenished.

The vibe, which was very package touristy. Not enough lifts for the number of rooms. And very poor noise insulation

We felt that over a ten night stay the evening meal food choices could have been better . What was on offer was very good however. Breakfast was excellent.

Excellent location. Very comfortable , clean room on the fifth floor with stunning view. The staff , without exception , were extremely friendly and helpful.

Apart from an inevitable noise from the surounding area, the rooms do not have a proper loundry rack. The hotel has a great swimming pool, is meters away from a gorgeous beach and no place to dry your clothes.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, confy beds,delicious meals, great swimming pool and nice views. Also situated right next to the beach area, which is a bonus.

Tea & coffee making facilities in the room would be most welcome. Booking of sunbeds not permitted but in practice it is allowed !!
