Everything was perfect to the most minute detail.

There’s authentic warmth and enthusiasm from the staff. I travelled to Valencia for Fallas and I was given the information I need about the festivities. They went the extra mile to provide me a traditional scarf and a welcome drink. The room is pristine and the bed is very comfortable. The toiletries were top class. It’s also the first time I saw a hotel providing a hair iron apart from the hair dryer.

We stayed for one night during Fallas. We chose one of the “small” rooms but there was more than enough space to be comfortable. The location is very central and convenient just off a beautiful palm-lined street and our room had a balcony with a built in table so we could enjoy a drink before we set out for the evening. The interior design was beautiful, classy, thoughtful and intuitive. The facilities were great quality and everything was perfectly maintained and clean. Check in was smooth and quick. Reception held our bags for us until our room was ready. When we returned later they had already brought our bags up for us. Service throughout our stay was wonderful. Both receptionists who helped us were friendly, efficient, knowledgable and had a personal touch. They struck the balance between professional and personable fantastically. We were offered a welcome drink on the house at their sister hotel round the corner, as well as a complimentary hamper of local produce in our room - nice touch! Everything was over and above what is expected which made our stay truly special and memorable. And for all this the stay was inexpensive - exceptional value! Couldn’t recommend more highly, really hope to return.

Amazing location of the hotel, all the shops, restraints, metro station, supermarket are nearby, the staff is very helpful, all the possible amenities you will find in the room including hair straightener! I enjoyed my stay here! Hope to come back again

The only slight negative was that the loft bedroom got a bit stuffy and warm at night. It didn't cool down well.

We had the "Biggie" room so there was a loft. We enjoyed though the ability to stay in a larger room and having the rooftop balcony area. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was in a great location! Overall, we enjoyed the hotel very much

Only thing I would say is the walls are sound proof but the doors aren't, in the morning it can be noisy with the cleaners hoovering and stuff outside the room

Fantastic beds, friendly staff, great location. We stayed in the biggy room with my parents. Plenty of privacy and an amazing terrace begging for a bottle of wine and good company.
