Decor is a bit dated and tired.

Staff helpful. Room rate good. Facilities good. Pool looks good (but weather very cold). Didn't use bar or restaurant as friends staying elsewhere (at twice the price) Comfortable enough.

They had booked in about 50 young lads for a football tournament. They disobeyed most of the rules. Diving in the pool from adjacent walls. Walking throughout the hotel in their wet clothes leaving floors etc in a dangerous condition. Generally very rowdy

The staff were great. really friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was pretty good especially the English sausages and breakfast finished at 11.00 am!!

Some dishes at the meals could have been warmer, but there was a microwave and we expect this with buffet style dining and it didnt detract from the food itself.

We got moved to the Hotel Magic Aqua Rock Gardens so this is based on that stay rather than Magic Villa. The hotel was very good plenty of variety at meal times, drinks all ideal and space around the pool.

The rooms were dated, the shower was a mere trickle. Extractor fan to outside wall had bricks missing and below our window was a faecal filled tissue which remained for the entire stay. Directly outside the hotel prostitues were hassling men passing by and I witnessed a mugging all of which the staff turned a blind eye to. We spent half of the time shouting down to passers by warning them about the girls robbing people, which of course they were affronted by this, shouting up to us to “get inside” to leave them get on! The hotel is easily accessed from anyone in the street and security was none existent. Many of the staff were rude with a “can’t be bothered” attitude.

The location was perfect for nightlife. Outside pool area was lovely. Food was not too bad.

The breakfast was uneatable, the rude staff. My friend had items stolen from the room the reception staff shrugged their shoulders. Throughout our time there we herd other people reporting the same issue. They just shrugged it off.

Very old fashioned hotel and room. Though says pool view, there are no balconies in the hotel. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. If your just looking for somewhere to sleep and change. This is an ideal property right on the end of the main strip and minutes walk from the beach.

Somebody stole from our room and despite reporting it twice the reception staff couldn’t have been less interested. We heard another guest also reporting a theft from his room whilst we were there

A/C was very poor, room was unbearably hot. Second bed for children inadequate and very uncomfortable. No working extractor fan in bathroom which just added to the humidity. We approached the reception/manager to report this and we’re promised another mattress and repairs to the A/C and extractor but none of the above materialised.

all inclusive is shocking, the food selection was poor, cheap products, repetitive selection only actually eat in the restaurant 4 separate occasions and that because of convenience, drinks you have to pay €1 for a cup and if you forget to return it another €1 and so on, beers selection very limited and tbh wasn’t the best tasting, snacks during the day were salted crisp and nuts and a few chocolate muffins that was all, and no water in the rooms and air con poor, would I return no I wouldn’t.

steep hill up to it. Cabs are only €3.50 so if you struggle walking get a cab.

Clean rooms, large comfortable beds. Each meal had plenty of choices on the menu. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Plenty of sun beds outside. A couple of minutes from the beach.

Up a very steep hill, so not good for anyone with a heart condition or breathing difficulties when walking. Although a cab up is only €3.50 day and €5.50 after midnight.

We were moved to their sister hotel Magic Rock Gardens. Lovely rooms. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Plenty of food for all meals and snacks. Lovely outdoor area by the pool with plenty of sun beds. 2 minute walk to beach. Entertainment was good but could have lasted longer.

Food could be a lot better. The pool area needs to open before 10am, we had to sit out the front waiting for it to open.

We had no air conditioning working, although we asked reception to sort this five times. The food in the restuarant was very poor, only tried it a couple of times but could not eat it, we had to eat out.
