Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I missed a toilet brush.
Staff (in particular Paco) very friendly. Great for short business trip. WLAN worked very well for me (I asked for access code at reception)

It is supposed to be a 4 star hotel but the room was very basic . No kettles or tea and coffee making facilities in the room . A mini bar in the room is advertised but there was nothing in it ! A patio with garden view was also shown on Booking.com but on the second floor where we were this was not the case .To be a 4 star hotel it needs to make some changes . The receptionist showed us the deluxe superior rooms on the ground floor which were probably the only 4 star part of the hotel .
It was easy to find ( but on a busy main road next to a petroleum station ) The staff were friendly and helpful . The night receptionist was especially helpful and provided us with tea and coffee making facilities in our room after we discovered there were none in our Superior Queen room .

All is taken care of. Nice hotel and staff. Breakfast in the atrium under the skylight is wonderful.

All in all a nice hotel, but the location is not particularly exciting. Nevertheless, good restaurants are within walking distance.

Breakfast was not so varied, small choice of meals and drinks. The refrigerator in the room worked only when the room was occupied.
The room was spacious and comfortable, but not so quiet. Underground parking is available and cheap (10 EUR per night). Very nice and helpful staff.

The location is not the best, within an industrial area in the outskirts of the town. It's a pity, because the hotel service is really excellent.
I stayed there for three nights. It was a travel for work. Excellent room, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, enjoyable breakfast, good free WiFi. The staff was kind and efficient.

Nothing really. Well the WiFi wasn't the best.
A very nice surprise. A different, comfortable and very pleasant hotel in a good location. If you are visiting Majadahonda, I definitely recommend this hotel.

The bathroom could do with a walk-in shower. The female with glasses at the cafeteria let the rest of the staff down. She was the only one who only spoke Spanish and when I called for room service she said getting it yourself is cheaper. The choice for an afternoon snack was almost non existent. I got two dry croissants with my coffee and when out of habit (living in Portugal) I thanked her in Portuguese, she replied we are in Spain! Thank Goodness she was the only Spaniard taking offence. That dragon is one of the reason why I will not stay there anymore and the other is location. 8 Minutes by cab to get to the main street. How long will it take by bus?
Beautiful decor, my room was beautifully decorated, very much Biedermeier style (?) and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and though there was only one kind of pillow it was spot on for me. The continental breakfast had a great choice of meats and cheeses as well muesli and very well run by a one man show. On the whole staff were very helpful especially when I realised that I forgotten my passport.

Area around it is a bit secluded but for the shoppingoutlets it’s close so was perfect for us

It’s more 3 star than 4 star. The restaurant dinner menu was extremely limited.

Covid was doing it usual restriction, however there could had been tea and coffee in the room, as it was difficult to get any other than breakfast.
Free underground car parking, lift direct into hotel, staff were very professional and friendly, always ask for a park view, as it would be disappointing having a rear view of the commercial car sales estate.

We could hear people walking in the hall. Our room was not very well insulated. It also smelled like smole.
For the price we expected a complimentary breakfast.
