Rooms facing the pool can be noisy on an evening especially if you have small children/babies travelling with you

The parking was difficult (no places), and - for us!! - the location was not good. The hotel is in the "city center", where there is always bustle (loud music, a lot of markets, everything is lighting and musicing..) Of course it could be perfect, who likes the bustle :)

The food was delicious, the hotel is correct. (We only stayed for one night.)

The rooms were quite bland, small beds. We stayed in a single room, 3 single beds but at one stage the bed sheets that were newly put on had stains on them, straight from the laundry. There was one single plug available in the bedroom, we had to leverage bathroom plugs for 3 people to charge a phone.

The pool is nice, good game options such as crazy golf, ping pong , pool etc. The breakfast options are good. The location in terms of Salou is handy, easy 10 min walk to the center beach and main shops etc. Lots of facilities surrounding the hotel.

Modern and spacious rooms, breakfast choices were good. Close to main streets and beach but far enough away there is no late night noise heard.

Reason for the 8* and not 10 is on arrival I paid for 3 rooms for my family members, the receptionist dealing with me on arrival charged my card incorrect for 1 of the rooms it was my brothers room- Undercharged by about €60, I was unaware of this as I was never notified or neither was my brother who was staying in that room for 6 days then on the last day they locked my brother and young nephew out of the room until it was paid as a threat knowing all their belongings were in the room! I didn't like how the receptionist dealt with this seen as it was an Error made by her in the first place!

Hotel was excellent will definitely be back reasonably priced and only 5/10minute walk down to the beach and lots of shops, restaurants & Bars, Rooms and hotel all very well kept very clean, pool also was perfect size for all age groups in our family ages from 2yr-64yr. Young guy working at the bar with long hair was a gem to deal with.

- the food is horrible ( buffet ) i am super easy going with food but this is first time i really can not eat anything from a buffet. No rice no noodle or soup. Only potatos but they are very bad. Other food really has no taste - they only make the bed ( not clean or change it )

- They have great entertaiment and shows kids club... great for kids or the day that you dont want to go out - You kids can go 2 times per day to kids club and it is free - Location is great - Clean the room everyday - the room is nice and morden.

We went end July/early August, so naturally a lot of people. Pool was full of people and water really really murky, not to be enjoyed. Maybe clean it more (daily) during high season? The outside area suffers the same problem as all touristy beaches/places these days: People lay a towel on every chair in the morning, leave it there. So a lot of space is used by empty chairs with a towel on it. Should ban this. Be aware that this area is quite loud until 11pm/midnight - this is not a problem of the hotel, it's the whole area. Don't come to Salou if you don't like noise.

We had a duplex room which seemed to be newly renovated. Amazing room for us, very clean. The hotel restaurant that provides meal is also very good value for the price. Hotel staff is very friendly, very accommodating and professional. The staff in the restaurant especially. Even though there are hundreds and hundreds of people, it seems that staff cares about every single one. Great! Location is great, you can basically walk around the area. You'll find something to eat and/or do.

It was very noisy but this was mainly due to the football teams that were staying for a local football tournament.

Room was good and facilities for both adults and children was good. Stayed on half board basis and we were all able to find something to eat.

at breakfast I was hoping to take a few items back to our room as my child and husband were asleep but was stopped at the door by the attendant I felt like a robber. I only wanted it one morning also the walls in the hotel are very thin can hear everything but the cleaning staff were excellent. the entertainment at night was only fair.

Cataring service personnel need better to know englishfor smooth communication. Missing vegetables in the brecfast. Problems with parking.

Good place for family with children. Hotel was clean and staff was helpfull. Evening programme was good.
