Despite the apparent variety of dishes on offer in the restaurant the eating experience was rather disappointing. Finding the hotel was challenging. The narrow streets necessitate one way driving and the route to the hotel is complicated. It is best to ask a local how to get to the Plaza Llanete Herederos.

The location is great, we had a fantastic view from our room balcony. The chatter of people visiting the small shop and the bar across the little square gave real atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and personable.

To find the hotel via car is hard. However once you reach , the hotel staff will guide you to their parking.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating allowing early check in and room upgrade. The hotel was centrally located and easy to walk anywhere in the town. The food was excellent and the service was great at breakfast and during evening meal. Half board chosen was amazing value for money.

You need to ask extra for the hairdryer. Check in takes very long. Room and bathroom rather outdated but somehow OK. Very noisy, you can hear every word from the reception while staying in your own room.

There was nothing not to like!

The hotel was situated in the centre of the beautiful old town and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was full of traditional Spanish character it was really interesting.

The hotel locates close to the centre but also in a quiet street, everything was very clean and smells super fresh, the room was cozy and the staff were friendly as well. Highly recommend, will come back for sure

I loved everything--- but if the window is open at night, you will hear the truck pick up the garbage at the back of the hotel... but window closed- problem fixed!!

the room was huge! (we had a suite that fits three people) And decorated in a tasteful, subdued way with moorish style. The window with small balcony looked over to the sunset as well as the church. The location was five moinutes walking to the town center. The town is not to be missed- beautiful people and great history!

First of all the staff where brilliant , the location was excellent , hard to find in a car, easy on foot. Bars and restaurants a short walk to the nearest square . All round great Hotel to stay .

The breakfast was very good and great value. The staff went out of their way to help us and the building and room was absolutely spotless. Although the hotel is simplistic it has everything you need (apart from tea/coffee)in the rooms and to an excellent standard. Parking in the hotel’s car park was free and safe. However, as in all small Spanish villages a bit tricky to find.

We were so pleased with every aspect of our stay. They have a beautiful dining room for breakfast and dinner and the food was wonderful. The historic hotel itself is beautifully designed with comfortable common rooms to enjoy.. Best of all was the amazing service offered by the staff and owners who really went way beyond expectations to help us even without being asked!

Stressful driving in the area due to one-way, steep streets, too-narrow to move in a big car.

Room no 9 is spacious and beautifully appointed, all In white. A settee, gorgeous bed and bedding and shuttered. A retreat from the heat. Lola the receptionist was so helpful on our arrival, getting us to the hotel car park personally. Great lunches, friendly service in a lovely atmospheric town. Tourist Info was just around the corner.
