Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We tried to extend our stay via the hotel group’s website but it wasn’t working properly. We could extend but it wouldn’t accept payment. We showed this to the receptionist but she couldn’t give us the cheaper, online price even though they had availability. The direct, hotel quote was more money. We ended up having to book via a third party site to get a cheaper price. Crazy!
Location - a few mins stroll from the town centre. Nice to have a swimming pool on site.

Room was located to the very noisy back street and generally hotel rooms are pretty noisy.
Value / price ratio. Very nice staff. Location of the hotel, very close to the Old Town, to the beach, lot of restaurants.

Tv didn’t work, although it’s my fault that I didn’t notify staff. Apart from that, everything was pretty good.
Nice location, well priced compared to other places in Ibiza, good facilities, pretty comfortable.

Coffe making facilities in room
Location is superb a short walk to restaraunt alley and the beach. Facilities are basic but they were as expected. I would highly recommend. The pool area is also very good.

Waiter 2 days for an iron only seems to be 1 in the hotel and when I got it it didn’t work. Guy in reception just shrugged his shoulders!!

On arrival the reception staff were slow and grumpy
A nice walking distance to the main town and restaurants and the pool was good.

The staff were so helpful and pleasant, they really tried hard to help me enjoy my stay here in Ibiza. Situated 5 mins from the beach and 2 mins from streets full of restaurants yet away from the main strip it really was an ideal location. The pool was an added and much needed bonus.

Extended time for pool and bar, hairdryer in room and free use of safe.
The breakfast was an improvement from the last time I stayed 18 months ago. Selection of juices and tea / coffee and grit / toast/ pastries etc. excellent location. Pool didn’t open until 10.30 and closed at 19.30 along with the bar. Helpful staff , no hairdryer in room as advertised. However would stay again.

There is no sound deadening, so doors always seem to be banging day and night, selfish guests who speak loudly at 3 or 4 am make sleeping hard.
Excellent staff, very helpful and friendly, pool area good, location, location, location. If you are going to Ibiza to stay out late and party, this is a good hotel for you.

Decor is a little dated. Our room on the third floor was the only one that didn’t have a card access, and instead used a standard key to access- although we locked the door each time before leaving, we found every single day that the housekeepers left the door unlocked after cleaning!
Good value for money (as it was fairly cheap) and a perfect quiet location. Pool was larger than expected! Towels provided and changed each day and rooms were very clean.

location overall close to bars restaurants and the beach. also the ferry terminal is within walking distance. great hotel lovely pool area. did not eat at the hotel so can’t comment on that. rooms were cleaned and fresh towels. no complaints

No parking available. Had to park approximately 500 m away on a dirt patch. Where parking space was also an issue but at least available some of the time. Parking is a real issue in Santa Eulalia.
