Car parking 15 euros a day in January absolutely shocking. On that basis we will not be back.

I arrived during the coldest period I living memory! That was not the hotels fault! However the ma segment refused to heat the public area to the levels allowed by law and so the quiet lounge was 16C and the main bar area only 18C. The bedrooms were unheated.. I was given an extra blanket but that did not help during the early mornings. I said the staff were helpful, but there were just too few to cope with the full hotel! On most days the room was not serviced at all as the maids were wanting to clean at after 4 in the afternoon, when I was wanting to shower and get ready for dinner! As for the food, I never went hungry, but in 16 days I had cheese and salad for my evening meal probably more than half of the time. On several nights the hotel decided that for a 4 star hotel it was appropriate to serve a bicuit(maria) floating in a type of custard as a desert! The gataux were frozen, the fruit salad tinned, the good thing was the ice cream was of a higher quality. I had 4 guests for dinner one night they did well on that night and Anna did sterling work to keep everyone happy. There were not enough staff in the dinning room to cope, empty plates were left and tables not cleared.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great with lift access to the beach and boardwalk.The room was larger than I had expected and tea and coffee making facility in room was well used. We were welcomed with a complementary bottle of wine and water.

the breakfast needs alot of work !! it’s rotten !! the black pudding wasn’t even cooked … you need to client your fully cooked breakfast then wander to the counter to wait for ages for a fried egg !! only one member of staff who only does one thing at a time !!

The sun loungers by pool would be nice to have a cushioned topper, buffet food was slightly cold , would have been nice to have different breakfast dishes available it was exactly the same everyday.

Very welcoming Hotel, comfortable rooms, great lighting nice bathroom, food was very nice , great entertainment, good value, fab location.

Nothing not to like

Great staff especially in dining hall. All so friendly and helpful. I had a five day break and found something to enjoy for every meal. Hotel bar prices were not a complete rip off for a change.

Bits in rooms are starting to look tired. Bath had mastic around it which was very black and moldy. This was replaced when I mentioned it. Fridge cupboard door was falling off, but again it was fixed promptly.

The food, location and the view. Good range of activities. Lovely massage in the Spa. Generally very friendly staff.

Couldn’t access car park because of roadworks so ended up paying 24 euro in public car park😒

Breakfast really good for mass produced food. Restaurant staff particularly accommodating. Buffet dinner was ok . Service from chefs corner excellent. Can certainly recommend. Room spacious, bathroom likewise. Will return 😀

we were awakened several mornings with what sounded like building work on the roof above us we were on top floor. As i am a travel agent i am aware that if there is work being carried out a client should be advised. we were not. also a couple of afternoons when we returned from long walks for a rest this banging disturbed us. i found this most disappointing as we both lead very busy lives and were looking forward to a well earned rest. also the a la carte meal in the hotel wasnt good at all. my partners monkfish was so chewy he couldnt eat it.

The property was very clean and staff lovely. Room had an amazing Seaview and maid service excellent

Rooms a bit tired.. Room and the bathroom could do with a bit of a makeover. Room noise but not the hotels fault .

Location. Good buffet breakfast, plenty of choice. Facilities such as bar/entertainment and pool looked good. Didn't use as only stayed for 2 nights.. All the staff very nice., Arrived early and reception let us check in which we were very grateful for.

Not many sun loungers that would be in the sun all day. We visited 4th November and the pool lost the sun about 16:00.

Really enjoyed our stay. Clean and modern. We had breakfast and lunch on site which was lovely.

the DJ played club music on the Friday night I was there before the jazz show and he was the only one that was enjoying the music it’s a pity a more suitable DJ for the age group was not hired

Our room was a bit in disarray. The floor boards in bedroom were creaky and very loud. There was wall paper hanging off the ceiling, and the shower was broken so you had to hold it up. Pool had some loose and missing tiles. Could do with a bit of updating to bring up to 2022 but for a 3 night stay, location was the main thing for us.

Location is fabulous, close to marina, right on seafront. We got a good room with a massive balcony and nice view of seafront. Pool area was big enough and plenty of sun loungers.

Our room was fantastic lovely sea view and sunny balcony never had a problem getting sunbeds drinks were reasonably priced in bar hotel location was excellent rooms were spotless clean bathrooms really modern staff Friendly

The breakfast was a little disappointing no mixed fruit cut up some hot food looked oily butter very hard and would not spread coffee only tepid porridge was delicious
