Most of the staff was friendly, however the cleaning ladies didn't respect our wishes not to enter the room. They even did it without knocking, while we were undressed, to bring the cot. And even though we asked them not to clean the room the 2nd day, specifically asking only for towels (we added the DND sign on the door), they still cleaned the room and threw away our pizza leftovers. Even one of the receptionists, Dudu, was kind of rude. She made me feel uncomfortable every time I asked a question, as if I was bothering here.

Amazing hotel, breakfast and pools. It's a really nice cozy atmosphere everywhere and I loved the chill vibe, so it was nice to chill at the pools as well, without any noisy environment (apart from the neighbour's drilling machines during morning yoga).

We were in room 530, loved the view from there. Brand new room with nice bathroom and forniture. Loved the spa and swimming pool. Breakfast was included and ok.

Too small a room. I couldn’t switch off the Balcony light and enjoy evening sunset. Bedside light switches not properly wired. No drawers! One day our room was not cleaned? Inadequate lighting for shaving. No towel rail or enough towel hooks.

We had all inclusive and the things that were included in it were changing everyday. They were changing the menus daily by crossing things off the all inclusive list by hand. Also every employee told you a different version of what is included in the price even though they gave us a list of services at the check in, but even the working hours of the bar were some days different from the ones written on the list.

The rooms were nice and freshly renovated, nice sea view.

A leak on the shower screen meant that the bathroom floor got quite wet.

Comfy beds, relaxed atmosphere and great Spa facilities. Very extensive breakfast options which was great.

The working hours of the pool, I think 7 p.m is too early to close it and 11 a.m it´s too late to open it. The bar/ boat club near the beach also closes too early. If you want to eat something at 6 p.m it´s not possible. They also do not have room service.

our room was small and dated inside (but the bathroom was very good), the balcony had peeling plaster, it was more like 3 star level. apparently our part of the hotel has not been refurbished, the nice rooms are in the refurbished main area and are called the premium rooms which are more expensive. there is no proper beach area, only a small public swimming area across the road which was not nice, you need to get a bus to go to a nice beach. as the hotel is away from the main tourist areas, you need to use buses which are one each hour or so

the hotel is in a pretty secluded location away from the main touristy area with only few restaurants nearby and no bars and no nightlife. the guests are mainly couples, did not see any families. nice view of the bay. good breakfast. excellent spa pool and sauna. OK swimming pools with loungers and nice background music. friendly and helpful staff. very clean throughout. nice bathroom

It was nice staying in general. I didn’t like the location as beach was tiny and uncomfortable. Pool was always busy and it’s obviously small. Close to bus stop and taxi was always available to go somewhere. Amazing opportunity to take sup-board just next to the hotel. That was fantastic experience. We had small misunderstanding with hotel but stuff was very friendly and solved the problem. Amazing compliment to hotel was the Spanish guitar performance! Bravo! Food in restaurant was also good, must admit. Good selection. More vegetables would be very appreciated. Ladies from reception are amazing! Hugs from Germany

Poor choice of restaurants around hotel - you need to reserve. People still occupy sunbeds beforehand by putting towels on them. Our shower leaked water to the corridor.

Very picturesque place, gorgeous Seaview. Very clean. Great breakfast with good variety of food. Some alcoholic cocktails at the bar were just 10 out of 5.

the parking is small and gets full very often, since it is a little city, we had to park a bit far from the hotel but that is not a deal breaker.

the location is very good, there a beach just across the road in front of the hotel, swimming pools are very nice, we took a suite and it had a nice sea view, the staff was super friendly and available all the time, the breakfast was ok

The only thing is that you have to take a bus to go to port d Alcudia and the service finish at around 20:00… then you need to walk 30min :)

Amazing hotel, refurbished parts really done with a lot of style. Great location close to Aucanada beach, calm, nice beach bar where you can do yoga every morning…really good food, and very nice staff :) they even have available a room if you want to stay longer last day to take a shower and change cloths before you go - really appreciated as my flight was late in the evening. I will for sure return!

The elevator to the searoom has scared us a few times, it doesn't open immediately and shudders and trembles. Dinner was also a bit more disappointing when you look at what you get for breakfast. a little too expensive for what you get

very nice and clean facilities like the pool and the rooms. the location is very good, the bus stops near the hotel and a 25-minute walk takes you to alcudia. The staff in general were also very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very tasty and extensive, even with cava :). The bar and lunch are also very well cared for. thanks for the nice stay, highly recommended!

Can't fault this hotel it is absolutely stunning! We had the perfect holiday with a good mix of relaxing days at the multiple hotel pools, activities that staff helped us plan, snorkleling at the local beach and nights out in the old town. The rooms were lovely and clean and the breakfast was amazing.

The bar staff didn't know how to make a shandy - no problem i guess i'll survive :) And the sea was cold to swim in. Otherwise we had no problems.

This is a great location, very beautiful with nice restaurants nearby and a lovely beach and swimming pool to enjoy. Breakfast was super and the staff were friendly and helpful. i look forward to returning.

Rooms didn't look like they did in the pictures, very dated. Seems to be a lot of refurbishment going on. Phone or shower didn't work in the room. Mentioned on booking we were celebrating an engagement and a birthday but had zero acknowledgement from staff

Room too hot, fan didn’t work, no air-con. Food not great - especially the evening buffet, disappointing. I ended up going out a lot to eat & had paid for B&B and dinner!
