To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

SpainRadiator (heater) was not working and there was no AC available so we couldnt dry our sky clothes. No parking available. Windows are not well soundproof insolated.

United KingdomGreat hotel in such a fabulous location for everything. Really friendly, lovely staff, especially Angie/Antje the main receptionist, who recommended the best ski hire and places to eat. Bars below offering a wide variety of food to suit all tastes. The hotel is on the main level with the town and all facilities. 5 minutes walk to the main gondola stations.

SpainThe noise until 1am in the room I stayed this time. Normally the hotel isn't noisy at all. However, apparently this time the room was above a bar (141) and I heard music from 00h until 1am.

SpainThe location is so centric that it’s basically in the middle of the bars and pubs, so the room wasn’t very quiet. Obviously this is not something that has to do with the hotel itself but if you want a good rest during the night you might choose something a bit less centric. Also our room was at the first floor, so very close to the streets, an higher room would have been better I guess.
The location was perfect, a 5 min walk from the main lift to the slopes. The hotel was ok, food was fine, can’t really complain about it. The room was big and clean, bathroom was very nice with a big shower.
