That you had to pay for wifi but when I asked they said it wasn’t working at the moment ! The food was okay just needed more variety especially for kids and the lunches were a bit boring sometimes! Personally my tv in my room didn’t turn on at all

It was nice very close to the sea and the beach! Most of the staff was friendly and lovely!

Communication is very bad in the hotel. We only had one night, October 14/15, and the hotel closed on October 15. Nobody communicated anything to us. we left the luggage at the luggage room, we announced that we were coming at 4 p.m. but we arrived at 3 p.m. and brought some more shopping, I even asked for permission at the reception and he told me to take them to the luggage room. I returned to the hotel at 19 and everything was closed, the doors were barricaded with wooden panels. I was lucky that someone from the nearby terrace called someone and a gentleman appeared at one of the hotel's balconies and after an hour he opened the door for us and we retrieved our luggage (we also had our documents here). It is not normal not to put a notice at the reception or in the luggage room, or at least to have been told, today the hotel closes permanently.

I don't know if I liked something. The all-inclusive drinks were only available from the dispenser and were actually chemical, full of dyes, the alternative was only water. Let's say that the food was ok, it was within the number of air stars, the room was clean. The view at sunrise, on the other hand, was exceptional.

the food let the hotel down :(. we were all inclusive and we made use of the pool bar drinks and ice creams throughout the day but the food wasn’t great. burgers and hotdogs available during snack times but we’re not always cooked properly. Same with the chips… during meal times in the restaurant, the food choice was limited and I struggled to find something I liked. I’d often end up with a bread roll :(. the food was often cold or barely warm too.

stayed here for my hen do for 3 nights. beautiful location, beach, promenade, bars and restaurants all 2 min walk away. very clean hotel and staff were lovely. pool and terrace area were great with sun beds always available. lots of entertainment to get involved in if you wanted to.

The only downside for us was not being able to keep the room on as we had a late flight, and there was no room available to shower and change as they were fully booked. I believe a hotel of this size should have access to this facility and should keep this in mind.

Had a fantastic time here, the entertainment team and all staff were amazing, definitely a place to take kids. It was spotless, clean towels and beds made daily.The restaurant brekki was brilliant, and the other meals were good though cold at times, but a microwave was available. The bar snacks def need improvement, location is perfect, right beside the beach, supermarket, and a stroll to the marina. Would definitely go back.

Only 2 plug outlets in the living area, only one of which being near the bed.. other one was was under the table so none of.our charging cables would reach apart from if you left it on the floor. Was a wide variety of food however was normally always cold and on one occasion I had raw chicken. Cups that drinks are served in throughout the day/night are tiny and I know it's because it's all inclusive but often caused queues at the bar as you were up often even just for soft drinks..

Hotel was very well located right on the beach front. We had a side sea view so our view was brilliant.. staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel and rooms were always very clean, we were only there 4 days and had someone in everyday to clean our room. The shower we had in our room was amazing!

Our room was on the 3rd floor above the bar and could not keep the balcony door open because almost all guests smoked right outside the bar area. Found it a bit strange that hotel staff kept serving alcohol to a British guy that was shouting loudly already at dinner time in the restaurant. He also kept us awake until 2am being a complete idiot shouting and laughing extremely loud in the bar area, without any staff reacting to it.

Loved the large swimmingpool! Friendly staff and cleaning every day. Food was very good too.

The entertainment team that worked round the pool and run the mini club were excellent very good with my daughter she loved the loved them.

I didn't like the food everyone felt the same would put me and my friends 2 other couples coming back , they have been coming also for several years .You really need to look at the menu my whole time at Palia la Roca I eat salad and deserts .we had to go out to eat a proper meal .If the hotel would give people a choice . bed breakfast .then we could eat out .as we do love the hotel but not sure about next year .

This was my 3rd time coming to Palia la Roca ,we enjoy the hotel and staff .The area of the hotel is very good plenty of shops and buses to take us to other places .
