Other Facilities were unfortunaly not that clean, like public toilet and hallways within the hotel property. At least not the level of cleanliness that you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Although the rooms itself were super tidy and clean. Some restaurant remained closed as it wasnt peak season but for the few open ones to query lines for dinner were quiet long.

Room was big and quiet, it was cleanand tidy. We really liked the location. 10 min to airport or city center, directly located on the beach! Food was awesome, and we really liked to spa section of the hotel

We really didn't like the fact that there was no evening music apart from someone either singing or playing guitar for a couple of hours then ut just went dead, just a bit of music from a cd would of been fine but the atmosphere was very bland. That is the only fault we had with this hotel, which really was a big deal as you get dressed up for the evening to have a good time with your family not just go to bed after dinner. If this hotel started playing a bit of music in the evening then we would definitely come back again and again.

We loved the room, poolside duluxe room after the kind staff upgraded us as we had a problem with our other room. The food was out of this world, absolutely amazing for an all inclusive, lots of flavour, so fresh, especially the salads in the resturant by the beach. The cocktails were lovely, my favorites were the frozen margaritas from the pool bar, and the strawberry mojitos.

We arrived on first night to be told for the first time that half of the resort was closing due to end of season. So with an all inclusive, suddenly half the restraunts were unavailable and the 2 a la carte restraunts had no availability. The food in buffet style was nice but always served quite tepid even cold. Due to the nature of catering for 100s of people over a prolonged period. Mini bar in all inclusive consisted of 2 beers and a few tins of soda Plus the room service was free but delivery was 14 euro lol

You can hear every footstep from other guests in the corridor outside the bedroom. Very loud when drunken guests were coming up to their rooms at 4am...

The range of restaurants available for guests were amazing! Food was delicious, rooms were spacious, size of pools were very big!

The hallway in the hotel building 2000 should urgent be renovated. The floor looked dirty The people working in the fastfood restaurant sportbar ( which is always open ) are unfriendly They say they have there own beach but it is publick and their own pub at the beach was not open and far away from the beach.

Room was ok, reception very friendly. swimming pool large, many activities.

Wifi did not work in our room, staff promised IT would look into this however issue was not rectified for the duration of our stay. This was challenging for us being non EU citizens as we were reliant on wifi for phone connection - had to leave the room everytime we needed connection. Attempted to book in at the restaurants at the resort however were only able to secure one booking for our 3 night stay. We asked reception about this however were advised there is no expectation you can secure bookings for each night of your stay. The staff were kind enough to organise another restaurant booking however. It would have been worthwhile to know this in advance as the alternatives were an open buffet or sports bar which we were not expecting as part of an ‘all inclusive resort’. The location is at one extreme end of the beach and is about a 15-20 minute walk to the main clubs which is only an issue if you plan to leave the resort.

Good facilities including pools and tennis court. Food generally good, staff nice and room very spacious and clean.

I booked a Jacuzzi terrace suite in the Grand Palladium. They overbooked so I was sent to a similar room in the old resort next door. Thay said if I come back the next day they would try to get me a new room. Not worth the effort.

Staff was great, very engaging. Wide variety of food, I'm usually kind of picky but ventured out and tried new things that I ended up liking. Clean and well maintained. Sports bar was nice, could use a couple more tv's.

It was very difficult to get reservations at the a La carte restaurants. Only several days they were “fully booked” which is ridiculous when the reason we booked was because of the many restaurants. No coffee served at any restaurants or by room service after 11am. The hotel had a lot of hidden charges for an all inclusive. Room service, certain cocktails, a lot of upgrades for food Tons of families with young kids. Not ideal for an Ibiza vacation if you are with younger couples or want lots of peace and quiet

The gym was very poor, equipment was awful, not enough free weights or weight machines, air conditioning was usually off and the doors were open, letting heat in, personal trainer in late afternoon was rude and using too much equipment at once. Not enough seating at buffet restaurant during lunch hours. Not enough food or snacks available at splash pool. Not enough umbrellas by pool. Room minibar not topped up properly every day

We were not fully aware that the beach was not part of the resort. You have to pay €120 for a sunbed at the beach clubs so we decided to stay near the pool instead however the pools are quite small so it felt quite cramped. You have to make sure to go very early at 10:00am in order to get a sunbed otherwise there is no space left. Also not used to having to pay extra for basic spa facilities. Normally you do not have to pay to use the sauna, swimming pool etc but only for the massages and treatments but for this resort you have to pay €30 for 2 hours. Also it is VERY close to the airport. On Fridays-Sundays there are flights every 5-10 minutes so quite a lot of noise. You can also hear them clearly through the night when you’re trying to sleep.

The food options were very nice. The a la carte restaurants were much nicer than some of the other resorts that we’ve been to. A lot of choice and the food was very high quality.

Mosquitoes... were there both day and night... we couldn't sit on the terrace in the evening...

Out room AC was not working on day 1 and were asked to shift to another room at 2am, but the issue was not notified by the technician in the reception.. The next day we requested if it could be repaired or another room could be given. They took a while to rectify the issue. The day we were checking out couple of staff tried to entered the room at 9:30am to check if someone had occupied, luckily we were inside the room, it's very surprising that anyone could come to such hotels and felt Lil unsafe.

Excellent amenities, close to the beach. Have multiple options of restaurants, pools were clean. Well maintained access.

The air conditioning system in the room wasn’t working (very weak), property was a 4 star level and there wasn’t a beach club “service “

Difficult to contact guest services with phone. Restaurant bookings not available on the same day and can't book more than 1 in the Palladium app.

All inclusive breakfast, lunch, dinner and 24/7 drinks with multiple restaurant and buffet options. Extensive buffet with lots of variety. Included Minibar with beer, soft drinks and water. Multiple bars next to the pools and separately, with 24/7 food separate to the restaurant. Chromecast option on modern smart TV.
