N/A - the only feedback really is that the shower pressure wasn't great and the shower unit itself had come off the wall at the top (just needs the screw refitting I think).

Good location; far enough away from Palma to be quiet, but not so far as to be difficult to get to. On a main route to the North of the city, so easy access in a car. Plenty of parking on-site. The room was huge, split up into a big living space with kitchen facilities and a separate bedroom/toilet/shower area. Had all the bits we needed in the kitchen to cook for one night. We would stay here again. Breakfast is included, although we didn't actually use the restaurant for this in the morning as we were leaving before it started serving. Instead they very kindly made us breakfast sandwiches the night before, which were fantastic! Thanks so much - I don't think we've ever had this in the UK. Customer service was perfect.

In the middle of nowhere so you will need a car to get around. Taxis were non existent/ unreliable making it impossible to get around

Bedroom floor could be a bit cleaner

Easy to find and very spacious apartment with big rooms, perfect for both short and long stays. We were in Casa Naranja on top of the restaurant. Bed was very comfortable and air conditioning worked great. The pool and hammocks are great for relaxing after a day of sightseeing and beach. The resort is beautiful and full of trees, plants and flowers all over the place. Breakfast buffet is served at the restaurant with really nice coffee and eggs prepared at the moment and you can enjoy it at the terrace. Key location 20min drive to Palma, Valldemossa, Deia and Soller.

I don't think it's 4* apart-hotel, rather decent 3* max. The whole area needs some attention and renovation since it starts to be a bit outdated. Decoration of the rooms might not be suitable for everyone, especially if you prefer simple and organized interiors ;)

Good location to explore Tramuntana area if you have a car. Junior suite was spacious and clean, very nice breakfast with good selection of choices. Large parking, nice pool that was almost empty in June :)

It is a local farm with rural charm and excellent facilities - away from the noise and the tourist traffic but with a very good location to explore Palma, Soller, Valldemossa, Deia, Bunyola, and Esporles. The staff is polite and ready to help with anything needed. There is also a great restaurant where you can try delicious food. I defiantly recommend it.

I found the large loft room too mismatched. we were moved on our second night to a smaller loft apartment which we preferred as it felt cosier and had a lovely terrace with sun loungers and a day bed . The tv channels were mainly German which was disappointing as we would’ve enjoyed watching a few English speaking channels in our room in the evening.

the hotel is unique and the location extremely peaceful. The rooms are quirky and well equipped. We loved the pool. Christina who managed the hotel was incredibly efficient and couldn’t do enough at breakfast , which was delicious! However, I do think the restaurant is a tad overpriced.

Appreciated that they had one of the huge nice Lofts for us for just one night as all other options in Esporles were fully booked. Much nicer than expected. Warm welcome and a drink to wait for the room to get ready. Very good dinner and breakfast! Friendly and professional staff. Busstop to Palma / Esporles/ Estellencs right in front of the hotel.

The WiFi wasn't working. It was a double bed but had 2 single duvets. Tea and coffee in the room would have been great. 20€ extra for the dog is alot of money.

The apartment was beautifully decorated. Breakfast selection was incredible. The bed was comfortable. Adequate kitchen. Very peaceful location but not far from Palma. Alot of the facilities were closed but it's off season.

Unfortunately we went in February during an unusual cold spell so it took a long while for the loft room to warm up on the first night. It could do with a couple of rugs in the bedroom as the tiled floor is very cold on the feet in February - we wished we had packed slippers.

Great breakfast with lots of choices and helpful staff at breakfast. Great location as only 20 minutes from the airport by car and a direct bus (202) to Palma from the end of the drive which was much easier than driving into Palma. You could tap on and off the bus with your credit card which was much cheaper than buying a ticket from the driver. Lovely to see the animals running around the agrotourismo site.

As we were here in November and the humidity is high then, we felt all our clothes got quite damp just by hanging in the wardrobe, even the sheets on the bed felt cold and damp. The electric heating/airco was too weak to warm up the large room with high ceilings. So it didn't feel very comfortable. In summer though I think it would be really great. .
