A little dated decor but totally acceptable.

My booking became confused and overpriced due to adding a forth day. I originally booked a room for $70 per night but when I added a day through booking.com the price changed to $90 per night. This made me unhappy and I decided to stay only two nights because of the high price. I believe this confusion was the fault of booking.com nd not on the part of the hotel.

The pool and pool area were fabulous. Bathtubs were amazing. Bar and restaurant very good.

The afternoon front desk attendant and night attendant (when checking out) could improve on their customer service.

The person who checked us in had awesome customer services skills!! The room was clean. The pool area was nice and the bar tender worked hard to get us what we wanted—great service!

We chose a 'room with terrace' which was huge. There was a table an chairs but a couple of sunbeds would have been a bonus.

The hotel is in a great location next to the beach and within easy reach of the main square. The swimming pool is perfect and spotlessly clean. Excellent staff - very helpful. Great breakfasts as well - value for money and a wide range of fresh food.

My room was oriented to the backyard, a parking lot and was oriented completely to the sun, maybe could have tinted windows to avoid the extra hot and be able to watch outside despite the views.

A good location to walk around close to the beach. Have nice sight of the Guadalquivir. I couldn't visit the pool, but seems to be confortable. The service were very nice and helpful every time i needed them.

A very impersonal atmosphere and many staff were not at all helpful. Very overpriced for what is provided.

Some of the bar staff were excellent and very obliging and the initial reception we received was very good. In particular breakfast staff were not at all helpful.

The first floor was way too noisy ! I specifically asked a quiet room, on high floor and was given first floor , sleep was terribly interrupted by very late , noisy guests in the early hours of the morning. i was promised by the hotel that i would get the quiet floor/ room, but it turned out not to be so, very disappointing ! and because it was only 1 night, i had no chance to be moved to another room as requested upon booking. So answer to value for money is sadly not right for me.

I specifically asked well before the due booking date for a high floor , quiet room, this was very important for us. the hotel answered that this will be no problem and this request will be applied with no extra cost. However when we arrived we were on the first floor ! far from higher up, and to make matters worse, we were right above the bar.. so before 01.00h we could not sleep from the voices, laughter etc noises and to make matters worse at 04.20h we were woken up with late arrivals or party goers with very loud laughter, voices and several slamming bedroom doors !! this was everything we tried to avoid by asking for a fully restful night well before arrival. so we feel lied to by the management. promising one thing and then upon arrival giving us we did not need or want.

The hotel is in a good position, the parking is excellent, either free street parking or paid underground parking. The pool is a good size and the sunbeds are lovely with plenty of sun parasols. the bar waiter is excellent, friendly, efficient and professional. the breakfast buffet is good, enough choice and bright dining room. The coffee could well improve, that was not so very good. The rooms are spacious with good size balconies. the mattrasses are very comfortable.

An extractor fan for the bathroom would be most useful when bathing or showering.

This is a very comfortable hotel in an excellent location near both the town, with its array of delicious retaurants, and the beach area with its lovely promenade. We had a lovely stay. There is on small but very important feature which we haven't encountered before - a disposable non-slip mat for the bath. A great safety feature for all those who love showers.
