Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Location, broken lift and lacked ambiance. A bit out of the way in an industrial area. Old warehouse/factory that has been extensively upgraded f with accommodation on two levels.

We didn't know that there is a better entrance to the pension on the opposite side from the car park. It also has a large goods lift but this needs a room key to operate.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a good size. The location was perfect for our trip outside of San Sebastian.

Not a thing.
Doesn't look like much from the outside, but it's a good quiet location with parking, about 10 mins drive from San Sebastian center, there is a little bakers within walking distance, bar and restaurant. Everything you need in the apartment room, very clean & modern. Alba at reception was lovely and she was extremely helpful. Would definitely book again.

Breakfast said from 7am.....we waited until atleast 10 past and no one showed up so we left. Other than that the accommodation was fine.
Great location, friendly staff and ok for a night or two.

The building wasn’t really labeled well so when I got there I got confused because it didn’t look like a hotel. The building had a weird layout and lots of stairs to get up to the hotel. The walls were thin so I could hear people talking at night.
The beds were super comfortable, definitely the highlight. The location was alright as long as you have a car, because parking is free and it was only a 15 minute drive into San Sebastián.

Rather expensive fees , although this is negative side of the whole San Sebastian area for accommodations

The air con could have been better
The place doesn't look much from the outside but our little apartment was great. Had everything we needed (except for a coffee machine but that wasn't the end of the world) It was very clean and having a TV so the kids could watch netflix on it in the morning to relax before another day of sight seeing was great. The staff was very helpful and helped with where to get a bus and a taxi to San Sebastian. We would definitely stay here again.

For me, the location was at best uninspiring. The room was fairly soulless and airless (Pluto has more atmosphere).
Hmm. I gave 7 for the bathroom (which was excellent in every way), and the helpfulness of reception. The place was clean, and if you like a massive flat screen TV as the main visual feature of the room, this will probably do. I'm not a flat screen TV kinda person, so...

Stairs a bit too much for me and thin connecting walls meant it was noisy .Could do with reminders up to respect other guests
Great stopover for a couple of days . Rooms were comfortable and very clean.Bathroom had great water pressure and a fantastic hairdryer. Huge tv’s in both lounge and bedroom. Fab receptionist Amaya , extremely helpful and lovely as were rest of staff. It looks a bit intimidating from the outside but the rooms are of a high standard inside

- The hotel is in a building that was previously a warehouse and is located among other warehouses in the industrial part of Astigarraga. While it is very clean and the rooms are decent, the neighbourhood is ugly and there’s almost no natural light coming in the building. It would be acceptable for 50 euros per night, but not for 100.

At the first glance the building looks weird (i guess this is an industrial building/area), but only until you get inside. The rest is perfect.
Good location, very clean hotel and rooms, large apartments with everything you need inside. Large and super comfortable bathroom! Large free parking near the building.
