The noise!! Seriously , would give this place 10 if it wasn’t for the appalling noise at night. Not from outside, as you can shut the window, but from inside with people coming in late, banging in doors, and the couple in the next room having massive rows. Shouting in the corridors until 2am. Even the ear plugs,which were kindly proved, didn’t block it out. We left exhausted after 2 broken nights.

Very clean, nice room, comfy beds. Lovely to have tea of all varieties and coffee maker. Shower was good. Self check in went well. Nice location. Room bigger than expected.

The internet didn't work all the time whilst out and about, so couldn't rely on google maps all the time.

I was on a room only basis and travelled in March. The property is in the heart of the old city, brililant location, only a tram ride to the Guggenheim. Pintxos bars every where and Plaza nueva excellent for eating. I travelled on my own and didn't feel uncomfortable or worried at any time. The room was very clean and fine for me. If I was travelling with a larger companion I might have requested a more spacious room but I wasn't so my room was perfect. I had a small balcony overlooking Casco Vieja. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Id go again, it was a great vacaciones.

Didn’t have contact with any staff during our stay which felt quite impersonal. Breakfast wasn’t included when booking via Booking.com (which we knew), and had to be ordered the day before, which meant we couldn’t have any on our first morning there. Tried the TV but got a ‘No Signal’ message on all inputs.

I would have liked a cafetiere, but this is minor.

The flat is really well situated, very close to the harbour and the centre of the village. We went primarily to visit the Balenciaga museum. The host was really helpful, very welcoming.

Location is in the middle of the action - right in the Old Town with everything just around the corner Value for money: comfortable room for reasonable price Sound isolation is amazing - the street downstairs is lively and noisy until late in the night, but you won't notice it when the windows are closed

Great location in the heart of the Casco Viejo and within easy walking distance of plenty of bars, restaurants, shops etc. There is quite a bit of street noise, but the double glazing blocks it all out. The rooms are stylish, Scandi-chic with white tones and warm wood. The bathroom had everything you need (including shaving and toothbrush kits in case you forgot them! Check in is done online before you arrive and once at the hotel we didn´t meet anybody, but that was fine. Definitely recommended!

One downfall was the elevator was broken and we were located on the fourth floor it was also a weekend so it was not fixed the whole time we were there. We can't blame the hotel but no fourth floor elevator the whole weekend was an inconvenience.

Beautifully remodeled rooms, the beds were very comfortable and the room had all the amenities we needed.

The bedroom is very close to the neighbouring building. When the window is open, the workers in the other building can see right into the room. It is therefore necessary to keep the shutters closed. The bedroom was quite small.

The location is excellent. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast is basic but sufficient. The coffee is good.

Unfortunately the elevator was not working for 3 days. We had to go to the 4th floor all the time by the stairs and first day with luggage. But good for our condition after the delicious pinxtos 😜 breakfast is 8 euro per person, choise is limited but enough and fresh made

We had booked 2 X 12m2 rooms and got one very small for family of 4 (with helpful additional free cot) and the other more spacious with balcony for 1 person. Needless to say we swapped. The breakfast was €8 extra per person per day and €4 extra per child. Too expensive children should be free! The lift was broken for 3 of the 4 days of our stay. We had a buggy with 1 and 4 year old, and a pensioner in our party. Breakfast is on 4th floor. Not good enough. Quite rude phone call one night with one staff member when my room key would not work and had 2 children wanting to go to bed. Eventually was given the location of a master key. Neither of us wanted to be in that situation, could have been done more quickly and with more grace. The property purports to be on board with “No Planet B” for the purposes of only changing towels for a €2 fee. Totally on board with that. Contradicts the single use coffee pods, plastic coated tea bags and plastic pot single condiments at breakfast, and the free non-recycled plastic toothbrushes, combs etc in the rooms.

Clean and bright. Lovely shower. Good breakfast, well stocked and fresh. Good soundproofing and air conditioning. Lovely staff.

The fact that you never see a person in the whole hotel. If you have a question, you dont know who to ask. I dont pretend receptionist 24/7, but maybe at least few hours per day. Walls are really thin, you can hear the flushing toilet of the adjacent room....

Breakfast room was a bit hard to find. Some directions would have been helpful.

Nice breakfast. A very clean and comfortable room. The location was terrific. Within easy reach of the Guggenheim and lots of nice local bars, restaurants and shops with a lot of character.
