I came around 11 pm in my first day yhey did not gave me code for entrance so I call and receive it. I waited on the street a bit. It is easy to send it via booking. Sezonda thing is English. Communication is a little bit hard cause some employees do not speak English well.

Location is perfect Pension is clean enough and well decorated İt is a great value of money if you Just use for rest and sleep. If I Come back to Alicante I choose this place again.

The hotel was being renovated when I was there, and that spoiled the stay. The staff was friendly and apologetic about it, and I can understand, but I would have preferred knowing about it before and then stayed somewhere else.

Pension Arena is a cool, clean place, and the staff are friendly and caring. It is in the heart of the city and well placed for the money.

A faint sewer smell when using the flush but that goes away quickly. I would also prefer a bedside table but that's a personal preference.

Very good location, close to the market, tram and bus stations. The lady at the reception was also very helpful and allowed me in without checking in late because of issues with the Booking app. The room had everything as described and working as expected.

The window overlooked the wall so the room was pitch-black all day long. I did not expect the room to be that dark so I feel it should have been a lot cheaper because of that. There was a weird noise from the outside one night, like some equipment was running or something like that, but closing the window solved the issue.

Great location, close enough to everything with some eating options in the area. Clean room, reasonably quiet. The room had everything I needed during my stay. Hot shower & excellent wifi. Easy check-in & check-out & a very friendly lady at the reception.

Because the walls a bit noisy, i heard my neighbours when they took a shower.

The receptionist is very kind. I get a double room instead of single. The room was clean, the bathroom very pretty. The bed was comfy and the air conditioner was Ok to heating.

Close to the old city, to the Csstillo de Santa Barbara and to the airport bus stop. The 3 bed room is nice, with large windows.

The air conditioning was quite weak. It took a long time to cool the room. There was not 1 mirror in the room, not even in the bathroom 😄 but in total- it was a great stay

The pension is in the centre of the city and many restaurants shops in the street. The rooms are clean and good internet service.
