The breakfast was not great and we were left feeling disappointed, the tables were left dirty when other guests left so had to ask staff to clean them so we could sit down. Had to ask staff to refill the food and the juices. The food was ok, but the lack of attention by the staff ruined it for us . Maybe more staff would have helped ?

We had twin matrasses, but they shift very easily, which is not very comfortable. We only had one sink for a triple room. Breakfast was pretty limited and not everything fresh.

I did not like the cleanliness of the room. Especially the bathroom with mold and limescale on all the elements. I also find the insulation of the room and the hotel in general a shame because we could hear the road traffic in Barcelona even in the evening!

I really like the attention paid by the staff and the location in the heart of Barcelona. The breakfast was also really tasty pastries and lot of food choices.

No opportunity to sit outside with a drink as there isn’t a communal rooftop bar/cafe/garden. Our room only had a view from a window & no balcony. Hotel room price I didn’t think reflected this lack of guest facility. We booked a family room but upon arrival we were given 2 rooms next to each other as family room had maintenance needs.

Great location, with several sights within easy walking distance making it convenient for exploring with kids. Rooms of a good size. Nice lobby space. Wonderful wine bar & restaurant & cheese shop opposite. Good selection of restaurants nearby.

Special thanks to Natalia and Lucas. They were so nice and helpful. The hotel is located in the heart of Barcelona. It was much bigger than we were expecting. The bathroom was also huge. The hotel was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a very pleasant experience while we stayed for four days at the Petit Palace Museum in April 2024. It has a good location, ok breakfast, and very friendly staff. Natalia and Lucas are especially friendly and helpful. I recommend staying at this hotel.

We only had one window in the bedroom that looked out onto a small alley, we had no balcony or outdoor space. There is no window in the bathroom. Bed made a loud noise whenever we sat down on in it.

We had a great time! Natalia who there when we checked in and out was so friendly and explained everything in great detail. Her colleagues were also were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location - around the corner Casa Balltó and a central train station Passeig de Gracia which connects to both the R Train and multiple Metro Lines. When you come out of the hotel to your right is a street with a lot of restaurants in a range of prices and there are two small supermarkets close by. A short walk to Plaza de Cataluyna and Los Ramblas also made this a great location! The breakfast was standard with a lot on offer. The room was clean and bright with a nice sized cupboard and storage space.

No milk, coffee or breakfast tea in the room. It wasn't much of a problem, but could be for others. Mint & green tea available, along with bottled water.

Just be warned city tax for this location is very high. I believe if you took a hotel a bit further out (let’s face it everything is walkable or well connected by public transport), it’s not as much. But around 9.50 GBP for each night for just two people does adds up. Other than that, I have no negatives about my stay.

Staff on reception were all lovely and greeted us warmly. Room was very quiet. At the time of booking, I was disappointed as the option included breakfast and thought I would be missing it with an excursion starting at 0800 and with me also having to leave for the airport at 0800 the next day. But in actual fact breakfast started at 0730 and I could grab a drink a little earlier than that, so worked out perfectly. Needless to say location was superb. The aerobus stop is only 6-7 mins gentle walk and the nearest metro 5 mins. I would recommend this hotel. The small fridge and kettle in the room was great too.

Bathroom door was made of glass. it wasn't that practical - if someone gets up during the night to use the bathroom, all the room will light up and wake up the others as well. Would appreciated if the room had a tall mirror (lots of space and empty walls) and maybe some hooks to hang the jackets.

Hotel is very modern and room is spacious. It's not far away from Plaza Catalunya and metro. Lots of restaurants in the area as well. Breakfast was very good. I will definitely stay again in this hotel.
