One single blanket for a bedroom without heating is awful. We asked for more but was told one blanket is it. The place is really work down like bathtubs are brown of use etc Nice but really tired

Hairdryer and kettle is for the separate charge. But in room description on booking.com web site description is written "The fully-equipped kitchenette includes a microwave". So it looks like some cheating... And for 2 rooms + kitchen was 1 air conditioning only.

Parking was tight and expensive. Room rules required a full clean "ready for next check-in". Checkout at 10am for this property was early especially as check-in was after 3pm. Pool was busy with children, didn't use facilities as didn't feel comfortable at the pool. No refreshments or even vending machines available, local shops shut, ended first evening without anything including water.

I was there when reception was open, if I hadn't it would have been an issue as need to pay, had pets and wanted parking.

Not all the windows were good closing, so I didn't feel so much secure. They tried to fix it but it wasn't perfect.

The check in / check out procedure is very complicated. We arrived in the middle of the night, so we had to collect the keys from a lockbox, but when we did the Online check in (if you don't do it - it is +30eu!) - no one informed us how to collect the keys, gladly we called and figured it out. We left a deposit in cash, which had to be collected from a property in another city - so count with this as well! We had to leave one day earlier, when informed the Reception (more than 24h before the original check out time)- they had no idea how we can modify our reservation and were redirecting us to booking.com - although we have paid in the property... like... I've been working in this field and this is very unprofessional way to handle such situation. Looking at the whole management procedure of RentalMar - I am sure my review won't change anything, but they could make it less complicated - but anyways - would advice to take a look how other hospitality properties are doing it and apply these procedures as we are a young tech couple and could manage it - but cannot imagine my mom in this situation. Rooms & furniture are noisy - we were able to hear bed sounds, pet sounds and etc. noises all the time. Normally do not leave bad reviews, this should be considered more as an advice, but the check in / check out procedure is ... stupid, sorry. And charging people for you not being able to provide normal (check in) services is just hilarious.

It is close to the beach, there were towels - mention this as a plus as in the property description they say there aren't. We stayed off the season - paid 43eu per night - I would say - good value overall.

Bed is very hard without mattress. I ask it from reseption but they can't help me. Then I sleep in couch.

Swimmingpool is good. And I have apartment third floor and I can tanning in balcony in evenings. Area is very quiet.

Apparment needs some work inside. Mould in bathroom. Ceiling in a bathroom paint falls off. Sink not stable. For 3 people just one toilet roll. Wardrobe scratched

Beach is across the street . Bus stop out side the door ,nice clean pool, friendly staff

Nice apartment basic but it had everything you would need for a few days.you can rent a kettle, hairdryer iron ect for reception and it all so rent's bicycle's.staff very friendly and helpful.you can get late check out.up to 2 o'clock is E20 and 5 o'clock is E50 , bus stop out side the door that brings you to the airport . overall it's good 👍

You can pay for parking on premise for all booking time or not at all. If you don't book parking they are not allow to drive car entrance door to unload your baggage - not very customer friendly. If you need teapot- it's paid option. Blankets are paid option by default. Sofa bed are not very comfortable for 2 persons. We stayed there for 2 weeks but none proposed to change bedding or proposed apartment cleaning. Internet connection is not good. When we stay - it was repairing in next building so sometime it was noisy.

Good location - 50 meters from see. Parking is available on street or on premises. Many restaurants nearby. Food store close to the apartment. Apartment is clean when we arrived and have base equipment. Blanked proposed for free. Port adventure is not so far - 20 minutes by car or bus.
