Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well- equipped. The noise from cafes and bars below was not too intrusive and respected hours of sleep! The apartment was close to the sea front and city centre. and therefore convenient for everything. We had an extremely pleasant and relaxing stay.

In Overall, we liked everything. - People: the hotel people was really nice, kind and helpful - Room: was big, clean and had everything what was needed. - Breakfast: was good, one feedback to the hotel, please put also vegetables out - Parking: Near the hotel, and they was also super kind and during the night they washed the window of the car ♡ - Place: Its super close to everything, good restaurants, optimal beach, close to the monuments. - Communication: was great, they spoked in english, and they always replied my messages on booking.

Apartment was very comfortable, clean and equipped with full size mirror, electric kettle, tea/coffee, hair dryer and ironing. We stayed in the top floor room with private terrace and sea view. There is also additional common use huge rooftop terrace with sunbeds and view of the sea. The sea view is a bit obstructed by nearby buildings. The location is great within walking distance to old town, beach and restaurants. Super clean room, bathroom and comfy bed. This apartment complex has four buildings and one of them serves very good breakfast. Staff are very friendly and helpful and they even helped me park my car. Secured underground parking available but a bit expensive

The sound insulation is not great, I could hear the tv and the snoring from next door neighbour.
The stuff is very friendly and the room is clean, quite spacious although there ins't a desk. I love the terrace where you can see the sea from. Perfect for working remotely from the terrace as there are tables and great connection.

There was a sewage smell in the bathroom the next morning, but we only stayed for one night so I didnt care.
Great location, beach and many bars around. Clean room, great breakfast.

The maps applications lead to one of the appartment buildings, however, there is no check in desk there, but luckily it is just a few steps a way. No biggie, still a nive place to stay 😀
Very central location, yet we got a peaceful and quiet appartment, larger than expected, nice balcony, with a very comfy bed. Even the parking is close by, comfortable, and there is a large public carpark for almost the same price, as a backup. Restaurants within 50 m radius, and the beach is pretty close too. Perfect!

Apartment was very comfortable and fully equipped. Great to sit in the sun on the roof terrace. Soundproofing excellent. Appreciated the laundry facilities. Location very good, a few minutes to La Caleta.

Good bathroom but very small. Lighting not very bright and because we had a ground floor apartment there was not much natural light, so was a bit dark.
Good location, easy parking in hotel, quiet room. Helpful staff at reception. Nice roof terrace and ground floor covered terrace.
