Only negative was issues with the hot water that the staff tried so hard to sort out but they needed help from engineers which didn’t get sorted before we left. That said it didn’t spoil our trip at all.

Ideally situated, easy access to the waterfront and nice restaurants but not too close to the busy town.

It was lovely quiet area for a relaxing holiday and villa was very spacious for group of people to stay. The pool area was very clean and relaxing. I would highly recommend this location. We will stay again.

The location wasn't the best at this time of year, lots of places closed for the season.

Fabulous accommodation. Play park for the children. The sunbeds are very comfortable. Safe and enclosed. The outside areas are very clean. Inside was very smart, but could have been a bit cleaner (a bit dusty and a vodka bottle left in the wardrobe)

The refurbished apartments are lovely and had all the amenities we required. The pool and kids park are fantastic. We’ll definitely be back.

Lack of surfaces to put things on - no table in lounge, no hooks to hang things up, nowhere to hang / dry towels.

Hosts very helpful. We had a late flight home so, although we had to be out of the villa by 11am, we were given access to a lockable room with a shower and toilet in it, where we could leave all our bags. We were thus able to use the pool area until the evening, which was great.

Wonderful complex with very cosy closed territory. In the apartments there was everything we needed. I was a bit afraid that the swimming pool will be too busy with people, but no most of the time there were only few people nearby. I liked so much our balcony and also backyard with grill. Covered closed parking with many places.

Wi-Fi wasn’t that great and we didn’t get any champagne on arrival. Would recommend mirrors in all bedrooms.

Very small point but pillows were not comfortable.

Beautiful pool shared with 12 small villas. Always plenty of space, never crowded. Extremely hot while we were there and air con inside villa was great. Great living space inside for our family of 5 and beautiful private patio at back. We stayed in villa 7, directly opposite the pool which was great for us. Still very private. Good location just 5 mins walk from shops, cafes, restaurants and c25 mins walk into San Antonio main areas. Only difficulty this year was the extreme heat for walking and general difficulty getting taxis in Ibiza. Owner was very helpful with this though, helping us to book taxis on several occasions. We did not have a hire car but there is loads of parking for anyone who does. A great stay and we would definitely return.

The rooms are a bit musty smelling on arrival and just need to be aired during the day. We couldn’t do it at night as there are too many mosquitoes! But overall the property had everything we needed!

We really liked this lovely apartment. It was perfect for our needs. We loved the off street parking and the beds were comfortable. The pool area was clean and well kept and great to chill out at in between day trips. We also really appreciated the outdoor space for evening meals when we decided not to eat out. The staff were very friendly and gave us a bottle of water when we arrived in the middle of the night as there were no shops open. The air con worked really well.

The only downside was the bed in the main bedroom; it wasn't the best mattress.

The size of the villa was great and larger than expected. The private courtyard was also a great space that we used everyday. The villa was clean and had everything we needed. The pool area was large and the day beds were excellent. There was also a kids pool attached to the main pool and a playground on the property. It is really well suited to families. Ideal location with ample facilities nearby.

This place is in a fantastic location, walkable to shops, bars and restaurants, beach and centre of San Antonio. Plenty of bus stops near by to get to different parts of the island. The host met us the morning we arrived and was very helpful and welcoming. We stayed in a 3 bed apartment which has recently been renovated. It was very clean & modern, with a lovely outdoor seating area - perfect for our stay and was a great surprise. There is everything you need to cook and eat in. The pool area is also very nice. 10/10 !!

Very, very late to arrive due to flight delays and strikes. Javier met us at property. Great chap. Their booklet on local area was very useful. Shall return for another offseason visit. A treat.

I can't say there was much I didn't like. We had a late arrival and departure, and the proprietor were there to meet and greet us.

Location of the property suited us perfectly, not too far from the centre of San Antoni, but far enough to be quiet away from any partying.
