To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe Wi-Fi was terrible. The signal was weak. If you stayed in the bathroom, then it worked very well. In the room or when sitting/sleeping in the bed, it did not work. The mattresses were thin and the bed creaked. Our room was on the side street opposite the bins that residents use. Throughout the day and late into the night, people would recycle their glass bottles and all we heard was loud breaking glass. The hotel is also in need of an upgrade.
Easy check-in and in a very good location. 15/20 minutes walk to the restaurants and 30-40 minutes taxi ride from Madrid Airport. The rooms were cleaned every day and the staff were friendly. A spacious twin room and an excellent power shower.

PortugalBedrooms where extremely clean and comfortable, with a mini fridge and a complimentary water bottle. Hotel is very well situated in the center of Madrid and everything can be visited by walking from the Hotel. The hotel is situated in a calm street with green-zone parking spaces, which means they are cheap and in August they are not payed during the night or Sundays.

SpainHotel starting to look a bit tired. Beds not the most comfortable. Unfortunately a lot of noise. Bins outside being emptied and either neighbour or another guest stomping around and opening and closing diors from 6am. Some sounds proofing would be good.. tea or coffee facility in room would be good.
Nice hotel and staff were helpfull. Location was good as we were able to walk to most of the places we needed to go. Eg Plaza España and Plaza Mayor. We also had a good breakfast for only 7.50
