There is no breakfast available in the hotel although it was written that there is breakfast available, you just have to pay 6,80€ extra.

The location is great - it close to the promenade, the beach and restaurants. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

When we arrived there was a cockroach in our room, and we had to request cleaning twice after it. The key cards were not working, nor was the minibar or the air conditioning. Due to the nightclubs on the street, the room is really noisy until at least 3am. I usually don't have problems sleeping with noise, but in this one, I recommend an ear protector.

The location is great. The room is of a decent size, shower and bed are good, and most of the staff are friendly.

The location is great but as we had a street view room, we were affected by the soooo noisy street, bars, pubs, discos, restaurants all over the street that we barely got any sleep until 3-4 o'clock in the morning. (It was April, Thursday, Friday, Saturday night). Basicly no electronics worked in the room. The battery in the remote control was down, but we asked a got new batteries straight away. The safe didn't worked at first, but the receptionist came and fixed it. We were one duvet short, we got it when we asked for it. The fridge felt even warmer than room temperatue rather than cold. After all these quieres we had before, we didn't even ask anybody to fix it... :D Okay, seriously.... A little maintenance could help a lot in the hotel (like changing the shower tube (the cover was metal and my 9 yrs old scratched herself with it. Unfortunately I missed taking a photo of it.)

The hotel location is really great. The hotel price-value rate is very good. The staff was kind and ready to act. We were able to leave our baggages until we got our room. Special thanks for that. Beautiful city.

There was no toilet roll provided. The shower drain was blocked as the water overflowed into the bathroom, then the bedroom and into the hallway. Walls were paper thin and could hear everything in adjoining rooms. There was a fridge and a coffee machine for anyone staying more than one night

Too noisy for myself, however I obviously had not checked the location of this hotel properly or read reviews (if there were any that mentioned the music till 3am from the club below our room; we stayed on a Friday night). The TV looked as if it had been punched in and there were holes in the bedroom door (tiny) which allowed you to see into the corridor.

The location of this hotel is good, easy walking distance from bus stops, trams, old town and cathedral. It is even better placed if you like a vibrant nightlife, especially on a Friday and Saturday night where the bars outside the hotel stay open till pass 1am. The hotel was clean and central and was fine for us as a stop over travelling through. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked.

The beds was rock hard, it was not clean at all, aircon didn’t work properly, staff members wasn’t at their desk and went missing for hours on end so when your key doesn’t work you can’t get back in and spend most the time waiting outside

Very basic hotel, more like a hostel, however it was cheap, clean and in a great location.

Coffee machine provided but no mugs or coffee! Staff could not be found at check-in time. We tried to call, no answer, door was locked. Local bar man tried to help. Was an hour after check in before staff appeared. Friend checked into his room and someone else’s stuff was in it.

The location of the hotel was awful as just below the building was a pub and the noise the entire night was horrible and i think the walls were really thin as i could hear so clear people walking outside the room after partying, someone puking at 4 am..was bad bad bad but that's what you get for the price
