Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sewage smell in room and around hotel. Staff could be more friendly to enhance people’s stay.

Very poor breakfast for a 4 * hotel. An annoying thing to offer you a pair of tongs to take the food and the aggressiveness of the waiter with which he forces us to use the tongs. They have one problem with water in the bathroom (in our room) and we ask to change room, and after a long discussion they accepted to change (not from the first time). For sure i will not come again.

The terrace was very good, furnished with loungers and table and chairs, but needed repainting and a bit of TLC.
Large room large comfortable bed, well appointed bathroom. Good location.

Lovely room, overlooking the river. Lots of space, clean. Nicely decorated. Roof terrace bar is lovely. We used the jacuzzi (which you booked for half hour slots).

Tea and coffee in room were minimal. A little more choice. We asked for a double bed but only got a twin.
Well placed across the river from the bus station, a 10 minute walk. Warm and comfortable with views of the river and good sound insulation. Nice roof top terrace. We were upgraded to a river view. Comfy beds nice shower. Got to see a bit of Tirana.

Location for us was key as we didn't want to drive in Sevilla and chose the hotel for it's location on the edge of the city and available parking. Very close to the river, which we used to walk closer to the centre.

It didn't pour with rain outside.
Good location. You can walk along the river outside in either direction. C3 bus stops outside the front door which connects to the airport bus.

Some facilities were closed, such as rooftop pool.
Lovely room, comfortable bed and great views from the terrace. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Great location for city centre attractions.

A few issues with noisy guests returning very late at night. talking in the corridors..... noise transfers through doors.
Fresh new room decor, view of the river... out of noisy area of the city but within walking distance.

Steam room was out of service.
Good value for money! Our room with the canal view was freshly renovated. Some reviews said there were no electric cattle in the room,but it wasn’t the case. The location was convenient.

Spoke to someone else who stayed , booked a few hours before I was able and had breakfast included clearly a result of the booking.com algorithms but menu pricing at hotel and booking apps should be more transparent … hotels was marked down in cleanliness and rooms had insects and silver fish on bedroom floor which I only noticed on last night of stay otherwise would have requested another room.. hot tub was luke warm.. Turkish bath/steam room was out of commission . Table layout in breakfast room very congested and not orderly, people bumping into tables not all relaxing.. tables should be set out with space to pass by on a grid layout perhaps?
Good location, nice bar area/lounge… although sofas very uncomfortable poor design, mainly for asthetics rather than practicality. Needs more cushions or change them.. parking very good secure underground , pay extra.. breakfast selection very good and fresh staff efficient.

The Breakfast options could have been a bit better.
The room was lovely and clean. The view from the window was fantastic. The roof top bar was also stunning.
