Renovations being undertaken during our stay, which were not pre warned were somewhat annoying and disappointing.

The room, whilst not very spacious, was pleasingly decorated and well appointed. The breakfast was very varied and well presented. Reception staff were most helpful. Whilst the hotel is tucked away it is conveniently located.

The morning clerk could have told us that the train station doesn't open until 6am. We ended up waiting outside the closed station for almost an hour.

The breakfast was a nosedive: Trivial options, discount produce devoid of taste, with no variation, coffee tasting like the office – a sandwich anywhere around the corner is guaranteed to bring you more joy.

Sleep quality: Central Granada is simmering with noise – but if you ask for a room facing the light shaft (instead of the street) it is completely quiet when you close the window. If you ask for twin beds you will get a very large double bed with two duvets (instead of fighting over one) – and the mattresses are super comfortable, as are the pillows you can select from. We are very sensitive sleepers – and slept sound all through the big party nights. Stay quality: Large space for clothes, large bathroom and good water pressure. Carpet on floors in and outside rooms for minimum noise.

It was one of the highlights of the trip. Room was very cosy and spacious. All staff members were very friendly and helpful. Professional team on board. Breakfast was 5 stars. We didn't have it included and decided to try one day. It was delicious with all fresh high quality products. We skipped 2n Ah d day thinking we can find something similar. And added it back for the rest of the stay. Definitely recommend it. Right in the city centre, close to everything including best churros place.

The entrance which is somehow in a small alley, could be a bit hard to find from the map at the beginning.

Some street noise at night. This didn’t bother us too much as we accepted this as price for being so central but some travellers might not like this.

Staff were very helpful, especially Lourdes. Great recommendations for eating places. Central location, convenient for cafes, bars, shops etc. Nearby Victoria car park very convenient. Good breakfast choice.

We had an air conditioner making a vibration noise in the night. Changed room after three nights but this should have been offered before
