Staff overworked...not very happy...no one was smiling... No free WiFi in 21st century... if you are not all inclusive the drinks are overpriced ...

Everything in hotel looked exactly like on pictures... Although I was surprised how nice the lobby, garden/ pool areas looked.... It's a bit far out but train station is just on the corner, there is a train every 20 minutes for both directions ( Malaga or Fuengirola ) and the beach to Los Alamos is 800 m ... We stayed 3 star hotels before and I could say that the food was very good compared to *** rooms area old fashioned but clean and big

No access to ironing. Only one socket in the room so couldbt charge both our phones at a time. No AC remotrs, so the temperature of the airconditioning could not be changed without a man coming in to do it manually. Need more lighting in the room.

Very clean and good access to most attractions in Malaga. It was easy going as you could bring food in and enjoy in your own room. Breakfast was decent. Held our luggage to pick up later after check out.

We weren't able to upgrade to all inclusive as it was too short a stay. Not sure why that is an issue.

Extra charge for Wi-fi. Near the airport so planes constantly flying overhead, only a issue if you bothered by the noise.

Location, right beside a train-stop. Beach was 1km away. Had outdoor leisure areas and pool which was well maintained. Food was lovely with a great selection on offer. Hotel room had a balcony, was nice and clean. Well organised entertainment in the evenings.

Bedroom no window, decor awful, everything was orange. Breakfast was not nice, no fresh fruit. In the inside bar there were no glasses everything was plastic, so couldn't enjoy a nice drink of wine or beer, cannot tolerate drinking out of plastic cups.

Serving us an early breakfast was cool but the pre-prepared dish was far from great. A lot of salami, ham and cheese of arguable quality, and green salad with no dressing. Just a couple of croissants would have been better appreciated.

The room was spacious and with a nice terrasse. The swimming pool was also nice.

Not a great place to stay if you love seafood as their dinner seem to be poor on this. Evening shows are mostly for kids not for adults. No beach towels in sight if wanted to use at pool area.

Price was great for the location at the peak of vacation season. A little far from beach but walking does not bother me. Great swimming pool. If using train is great as it is five minutes walk to the train station.

Staff really good & one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in! Right near the station for cheap train travel all over the Costa del Sol and the best thing is you can't even hear them from the hotel, they are electric and so quiet.

Noizy guests who do not accept night rules quiet. For one night stay ok. We came by car, easy to find it. If there is public transport i do not know.

we arrived around midnight. And we even informed the desk a few days earlier. But when we arrived they do not prepare our baby bed. And staff brought the baby bed but she did not know how to install it. I need to google it and my husband need to installed and I need to put the bed sheet. She was standing there and the time was 1 a.m. When I booked the hotel I saw the photos of three beds in the triple room but they said reservation is double bed and extra. If so I think they need to changed the photos of booking.com homepage. And bed sheet was not cleaned. When you took out the blanket you can see some sands kind of black little things.

Dinner was hopeless, breakfast was better! The evening entertainment was poor. Bingo was advertised, but didn't occur, without explanation! Bar shut at midnight, and nowhere to get a bottle of water. This is a real low budget hotel. We only booked for 1 night, but felt sorry for the people who had booked a week.

The room was a fair size and easy parking in the location. The Irish barman was great.

The WiFi was really bad. The bed was to small. I was there as a solo traveller. This is an typical family resort. With that comes a lot of screaming from the young ones and of course they master the pool area. A classical tradition was in swing at this hotel, nearly every sun chair was marked as taken via some items laying on them. So IRL all the sun chairs was booked, the pool was masterd by 20 to 30 kids and again the WiFi was really really bad. I actually booked this hotel due to that fact that they had free Wifi and a pool area.

Very basic and small single room. Ordered beer at poolside bar and was charged 2.10 euro for less than half pint in plastic glass. A pint cost 2 euros in Torremolinos. Nothing in area, just residential properties.

Only stayed one night because of proximity of hotel to train station and airport and this met both my needs adequately. Hotel provided very early breakfast due to early flight and it was cold buffet but good choice. Nice pool and surround. Very close to train station so easy to get to popular resorts.

    More and sorter pillows.

The bed is not very comfortable and hard pillows. We have stayed there before and both times the food has been poor and not hot.

The room was comfortable and clean. There were activities during the evenings. The staff all spoke Spanish and English. The breakfast was amazing. A large buffet with tasty, fresh food.

For the price for the stay, very little could have been better.

The room was comfy and quiet during the night. The view was good but standing on the balcony and leaning on the tubular rail was a bit exciting as the cement was breaking away and needs repairing.

There were quite a lot of what looked like school / college trips. (age's 17/18/19/20) that took up over half the restaurant at tea time and a lot of banging on doors at silly o'clock in the morning. Apart from that, the lack of wifi (only available in the reception) and the fact that when the all inclusive finishes at 11am they also turn the coffee machine off :( everything was great :D

The fact that the hotel is only about a ten minute walk is a bonus, the hotel staff are really friendly and helpful

Impossible use of pool- kid invasion and 13 large floating devices inside the pool! Relax by the poolside out the door as horrible sound system blarring loud music all the time! No wifi service in the three days there! Awful!

15 minute walk to the beach where there were some restaurant option and sea water. Pool, but it was impossible to use as the music system was terrible and there was a kid invasion and over 13 floaters in the pool! Horrible!

The food and smell from bins outside as we sat on balcony. I stayed st this hotel a few years ago and it was spotless and decor was far superior its in need of a lick of paint badly needed.

Food on offer at breakfast was very poor. And not enough staff clearing tables
