We had a room for 3 persons - 3rd bed was bad quality.

Good location - in front of a beach. Swimming pool and leisure area in hotel. Good brakfast, with wide choice of food. Option to park a car without a charge. Walking distance to restaurants. Spacious room with a balcony. Friendly and polite staff.

Entertainment a little lame some evenings but short enough not to irritate. Coffee and tea in room only on welcome day then everything ( coffee, water etc) had to be bought.

Super hotel in a lovely location, right on the beach. Clean rooms, maid service daily, and public areas were spotless, very helpful staff. Sea view was spectacular, buffet breakfast plus options from a cooked menu, pancakes etc. Entertainment ok but there was something every night at dinner which was a set menu, 5 courses, waiter served. All staff are very smiley and helpful and proud of their quiet, elegant hotel.

Our first trip to Gran Canaria exceeded our expectations. As soon as we crossed the threshold of the hotel, we realized that the choice of hotel was ideal. Warm welcome, amazing staff (mostly Elio), cleanliness, location… We have visited many countries, stayed in various hotels, but never felt such a sincere and individual approach to the customer by the staff. This is the strong point of this hotel.

Bathrooms a bit tired, not enough power points in room. Had to pay for drinking water after first day.

Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Location on the beach and near lovely coastal walk. Pools and garden well kept and clean. Staff all friendly and helpful.

You advertise fitness center, but that is not a fitness center. We would have preferred having a real fitness center to exercise in the mornings, but having seen our hotel view made it worth being there.

Having a room with a view of the ocean, and being able to walk from the pool to the beach. The showers by the pool entry were also nice to clean off the sand before returning.

The bathrooms need updating with walk in showers. Also more power points. One per room is not enough in this day & age… Also door leading to the beach needs attention…..

We have stayed here about five times in the past 10 years. Great location and traditional style. Very Comfortable beds and spacious rooms .

The bar was exceptionally quiet after the evening meal …maybe if there was more night entertainment to enhance the atmosphere as the hotel is in quiet location and too far away generally for walking out late at night

A very enjoyable stay….small intimate feel to the hotel with personal attention given to all. We loved the whole table service at night and the variety of food presented .The place was very well kept by a very pleasant and diligent staff.

There was no real entertainment, especially for a 4☆ hotel , very poor . The €150 deposit is a joke !! I asked what it was for , I wasn't given a satisfactory answer , basically told if we didn't give back the beach towels etc etc , stuff like that 🙄

Staff were excellent very accommadating. Food was good , we did Bed & Breakfast as it suits us to venture out to different restaurants at nite time

Too many old people coughing all the time; sounded like pulmonary sanatorium - unfortunately And the gym was really a big disappointment

Cleaning could have been a little bit detailed. Also some repairs like leaving tap in bathroom should be done.

Wonderful beach front location! Great food: wide variety for high quality buffet breakfast and 5 course delightful dinner😋, once a week barbecue buffet. Amazing Christmas Eve dinner. Very nice and helpful staff. Very nice lobby and stairscase. Special atmosphere of a traditional hotel. Wonderful view from the balcony. Convenient spot for trips to snad dunes, mountains and interesting Canarian cities.

Very dated, food not hot and no choice in evenings and very rushed between courses. beds not comfortable and pillows rock hard. Had to pay for sunbeds on what was meant to be a private beach, no evening entertainment. Shower leaked all over floor which made it slippery, was reported but nothing done.

It’s very dated …. The rooms need an upgrade …. Electric supply is very limited …. The bathroom - the hairdryer was a constant nightmare for me … the maintenance guy was constantly replacing the “outdated” hose from the wall 🤦‍♀️ The pools need some maintenance … as one pool … the white lining was coming off the walls ….

Evrething! The food is amazing (dinner and breakfast), very friendly staff, the room was cleaned every day. If you're looking for a place to relax ,this is the place!! We will be back soon! Thank you very much for making our stay memorable ❤️
