The value for money is incredible for what we paid. Nice range of food and location was perfect. Staff were excellent and helpful - especially David on the bar who is a legend.

United KingdomPool and entertainment area inside small for size of hotel. Some of the breakfast wasn’t presented nice, bacon and eggs floating in grease all piled on top of each other. Cold, wedge like blocks of potato. Tomatoes cooked whole and squashed, lost taste. Omelettes were sticky in mouth, made using ready made up mixture, may contain water. Burgers, pork and fish most nights. Need more chicken dishes.in my opinion, based on other hotels I’ve stayed in rating should be a 3 star, not 4.
Location to favourite beaches and bar/restaurant. Room was comfortable for 2 adults. Free safe. Free drink in fridge. Rooms clean. Black lit curtains worked well.

United KingdomIt’s not really a dislike as such, all I would say is, there should be more food and drinks that’s should be free for the all inclusive at the snack bar, although the options where ok, needs to be more. Also, there needs to be a clear menu for drinks and food that is available for the all inclusive.

The half board buffet was very good with many choices. Very friendly staff and good service. Good location as a base for PortAventura theme park and water park with a car only a 10 mins drive. Parking at the hotel was restricted but there was a very good open air car park only 5 mins walk away which cost 4 euros for 24 hours.

Firstly from reading some reviews I was a dubious about the hotel but as far as I was concerned there was absolutely nothing to complain about. Always plenty of food that I would eat and I am fussy, all the staff were very pleasant. Location was excellent only a few mins walk to the main strip Would definitely recommend this hotel.

SpainAC only works from the 15th of June. it is already hot around 10-11 pm to fall asleep. we had to leave the window opened and the amount of mosquitoes were incredible. we couldn’t sleep for two days. my partner had 6 bites only on the back. the half of the food options are unhealthy.

United KingdomThe pool could have been cleaner. The evening entertainment could be better. The balcony lights turn off ~10pm, which is around the same time the entertainment starts leaving you sitting in the dark. Glasses should be available in the evening next to the self-service area rather than plastic / paper cups. Leaving guests to set up sun loungers leads to a cluttered and poorly laid out pool area.
The décor the hotel have is very modern and inviting. The room is big enough (for 2 people) and the shower is great. The self-service beer, sangria and soft drinks are a great idea for the pool bar. The restaurant has plenty of choice for all meals.

United KingdomCooked breakfast was awful, cold beans cold eggs bacon looked awful all greasy and, according to my friend, tasted as it looked! On the plus side cereals were ok plenty of fresh fruit and a good choice of bread for toast.
The price was good. Staff were very helpful. Location was good, central but quite a walk from the beach. Room was adequate and was cleaned everyday with fresh towels.

UkraineWe were in 2017, 2018. We expected the same service. But no.... (. So, in 2022. The cleaning lady: she entered the room immediately with a knock on the door, did not wait for an answer. Once she enter while I changing clothes. This happened more than once. It was very unexpected and embarrassed me. After asking me to return with cleaning the room after 5 minutes, so that we could get dressed and leave it, the room was left uncleaned. We returned in the evening to a dirty room with wet towels on the bathroom floor. This happened three times. Swimming pool: there are a lot of people. In the morning the water becomes cloudy and dirty. There is no requirement to take a shower before entering the pool, all people's sweat, sunscreen and dirt is in it. Restaurant: the waiters are arrogant. I had to ask several waiters every evening to wait for us to take the order (and this is for money, not all inclusive). One evening was ruined: I ask to every waiter to take the order, everyone answered that they were busy and would come later. None of them came up. After 20 minutes, when we had already eaten and the child was asking for a drink, I had to contact the restaurant reception so that they would still bring us drinks. Only this step helped. But the dinner was ruined, no one apologized to my family. I was smiled and friendly with the waiters, in response they showed arrogance and poker face, tried to get off as soon as possible. They don’t know the menu, English no well and don’t understand wines: we asked for peach juice - brought pineapple, asked for dry wine - the guy brought semi-sweet and said that he didn’t know which of the wines they had was dry. For me, accommodation on the 5th floor was of fundamental importance, which I informed the hotel about a month in advance in a letter when booking. I received a confirmation that the application was accepted.
The hotel is clean enough, close to the sea, a fun animation program, a good and tasty dinner - respect to the chefs! Friendly managers at the reception. Comfortable beds and mattresses.
