We were under the impression that there were two restaurants in the hotel, however one is purely for breakfast ,and the other is a cafe at the entrance , which is good but not how it sounds in the hotel write up.

Nice spacious room, beds and pillows very good , clean , breakfast was very good ,with the option to have omelettes,poached or scrambled eggs made for you . Also waffles etc made to order. Location is quite good, and a good bus service at the end of the street. Plenty of taxies ready and waiting outside the hotel , which were reasonably priced. Excellent Asia / sushi bar opposite , well worth a try. All staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The towels could have been a little better and it would be nice to have a walk in shower in the suites rather than over the bath. Our lounge area was very uninviting, no window and just a sofa and fridge and tv.

Lovely room nice amenities good quality products, bathrobes, slippers, everything you needed in the suite. Really appreciated the bubbles and fruit for hubby's birthday. The beds were very comfortable and clean. Good parking and the upgrade included free parking. The breakfast was in abundance and good quality even bubbles if you wanted. Really enjoyed our stay and the staff were super helpful.

The road traffic was heard in the room, and I can see how it could bother someone, but we slept really well and loved the view from our room.

Everything was great, the room was specious, comfortable beds, we loved the food at the snack bar and the staff was very helpful. The location was also perfect for us, allowing us to walk around Valencia and see what we wanted to, instead of using public transport, although that's an easy option too.

The reception staff and bar manager(the night staff particularly)really do need to attend a customer focused course as the attitude and friendliness really let's the hotel down

The room needed a good coffee machine…instant coffee packets not nice. Coffee available in the lobby but not like making a good cup of coffee when you awake in your room.

The gym equipment was limited and some of the machines (cross trainer and cycle machine) did not work.

Location was a short walk into the city centre. as we had bags it was a short taxi ride from the main railway station and on leaving another short taxi ride to the new AVE station. without bags both were walkable. the sauna was good and operated as expected.

It’s location beside a very busy road. Our room was at the front and you heard traffic and sirens frequently.

During our stay, there was some work happening at the park outside so there was some noise after 8am in the morning - but this didn’t massively impact quality of sleep.

The location was perfect to explore the whole of València; the Old Town was only a 20 minute walk, the same for the Metro and the train station and the Science and Arts complex was only an easy 40 minute walk. The facilities were clean and comfortable - everything needed for a trip where you spend little time in the hotel room. The staff were very friendly and helpful; on our last day we were able to leave our bags in the hotel after checkout (no extra cost).

Beds we pretty comfortable - a little hard for my preference. Typical Hotel Shower over bath - I prefer a walk in Shower as I am 6'3'' so its always a little awkward. My main suggestion would be to upgrade the Towels, they were clean but hard and could be upgraded for comfort. Otherwise Rooms were excellent and very well appointed. All employees we met up-house were very friendly and always cleaning etc. WiFi in rooms a little slow also but no big deal for us.

Excellent location, we were in Valencia for week building up to Fallas Festival, great atmosphere and weather was good also. Hotel was in great location for our needs, Taxi Rank outside, Bus service 100 metres away. Rooms was excellent, very clean ,great view and well appointed. We did not use Gym or Hotel Restaurant, we did use services of Garbi Cafe several times, its very convenient for a snack/ drink etc, staff are attentive and always trying to please etc, Alejandro was excellent and looked after us very well. Availed of late checkout also at 4pm for €19 more which suited us as our flight was not until 7pm
