We didn't like the very thin pillows. We would have been upset not to get a car parking space, as this was one of the main reasons for booking this hotel. We had issues with the WiFi either not working at all or being slow.

Really lovely hotel, our room was bigger than expected and we had a large terrace which was great. Quite location with parks and a Lidl nearby. Comfortable bed, quality linens and towels, but the pillows were very thin and soft, not ideal. Plenty of hot water for a lovely bath (we also had a shower over the bath). Really great breakfast with lots and lots of choice, much more choice than we have previously had with this hotel chain. Free hot and cold drinks are available all day. Free parking BUT the outside car park is very small, and the underground car park is also small. We were very lucky to get the last car parking space (especially as we didn't use the car for two days), as there was no on street parking available outside or near the hotel. Great location for us as we wanted to leave the car there and take the metro trains into the centre of Madrid. Doing this was super easy, as the metro enterance is only a fifteen minute walk away. Really helpful Metro staff, great trains and only an hours train ride into the centre of the city. A bargain at 12 Euro for 10 trips (one metro card with 10 trips can be used by two people, so very cheap travel).

No kettle if you want to have hot water or drinks in the room.

We have unlimited drinks for us from the vending machine, you have coffee, fruit juices, hot choc any time of the day at their cafe area! Parking is free at the property and always have space for us to park our car during the stay. Less busy location, and playground and park nearby if you have children. You can walk around the neighbourhood in the morning and evening. Everything looks the same as the photos. Love the hotel!!! Definitely recommended if you have your own transport to travel.

Hard to get transportation from the area. Waited long for taxis. Reception is often unattended as a single employee has to work both the reception and the kitchen.

All was good for our short stay, would not choose this area for holiday :)

We did not expect much for 1 night stay in that area, so it did meet our expectations. Overall, it was clean and the service was good, the staff was friendly and spoke perfect English. If the trip was for holiday purpose, I would rather stay near the center, but the train station is just 15min walk from the hotel.

The rooms are cleaned daily but my mattress was full of stains. Very gross, I saw it the day before leaving and asked for double flat sheets and tough there was no point to complain then. The curtain was also durty and with holes. My daughters room had all the wall durty and the flooring coming out I guess she was given that room just because of her age...
